BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THIS IS REALLY GOOD RAM

When I first built my PC in August of 2020, I bought an open-box Ram kit, G.Skill 16GB. Since then, I was able to return the open-box kit because I suspected it was defective--which is probably why it was open-box--and exchange it for a Crucial 16GB Ram kit. I ended up returning that kit the same day because Aura Creator didn't bring out the best effects of the RGB. I exchanged it for a Corsair Vengeance 16GB kit which was not stable at all and reset to 2133Mhz by itself every other day and caused my games to crash at least once a day for about 3 days straight. I then exchanged that kit for a G.Skill 32GB kit which was fine except that when I was having frame drops I decided to give Crucial another chance but with 32GB this time around. I then exchanged that kit for a G.Skill 32GB kit which was fine except that when I was having frame drops I decided to give Crucial another chance but with 32GB this time around. For some reason, Aura Creator worked fine with this kit. Go figure.I was almost happy until I noticed that I was utilizing quite a bit of RAM while gaming since I tend to have Chrome tabs open for music and other sites I use to keep track of stats so I decided to upgrade to 64GB.Unfortunately Micro Center doesn't have a huge selection of 64GB RAM kits, so it was either Crucial which was a quad channel kit that my motherboard can't take advantage of so I opted for this 2-stick RAM kit instead. Let me tell you, I had forgotten how good the RGB is, especially compared to the Crucial and Corsair RAM kits. This kit is top-tier. Compared to the Crucial RGB, it doesn't display green, blue, or red when strobing from Aqua to White. The brightness and color accuracy is so much better than the Corsair kit that I had. As far as performance, even though this is a CL18 kit instead of CL16, the PC is more responsive! That's not to say that I didn't have any issues when I put this kit in my PC. To begin with, my PC didn't post and I received several different codes on my MOBO which the manual had no explanation for and online I found so many different (and wrong) theories, fixes, and additional issues. What ended up working for me was trying only 1 of the RAM sticks from one DIMM slot to the next until the PC posted. Once I got into BIOS, I changed DOCP back to Auto and exited with saved changes. Then I was successful in booting up and when I checked Task Manager, it showed that I was at 2633Mhz so I shut down, installed the 2nd RAM stick and turned on the PC. I checked Task Manager again and it showed both RAM sticks. I shut down and jumped into BIOS again to enable DOCP and restart. Once Windows booted up, I was in business. I wonder if by leaving the previous profile for the Crucial RAM I had caused the PC to not be able to boot when I first installed this RAM. That being said, I highly recommend you reset your profile to auto before you take out your old ram since it might be the reason I had a bit of a struggle.

64GB of DDR4 is certainly overkill for gamers, but is plenty for content creators. 3600hz is a fast memory without being stupidly overpriced especially for AMD Ryzen which benefits greatly from fast ram clock speeds and low latency. The RAM has addressable RGB lighting. Goes well with MSI Mystic, Gigabyte Aura and Asus Aura. Use your RGB software to control the color and animated lighting effects to suit your mood and put on a show (if you aren't gaming or doing work :P)

I initially purchased one pair of these for my new build and worked fine. Shifting led lights are kind of cool -- I should have gotten a case with an acrylic see-through panel.I am glad I started with 2x32 since the MOBO only has four memory slots -- I shortly found I wanted even more RAM (lots of VM's on the new box). I quickly purchased a second pair (awesome price again) to max out my new build with 128GB total.

Nice fast and fancy memory for it's price
4 January 2021

Was searching for 64 GB of fast enough RAM for my workstation based on Intel i9 CPU and bought this one like a month ago and still glad with that. Using it with i9-9900k and Asus Strip Z390-F gaming. Works as it's supposed to work at 3600 with one of predefined XMP profiles. RGB sync works well with that Asus mainboard and Asus software. With some manually tuning was able to make it work on 4000 but mostly this tuning doesn't worth so went back to stock 3600. Now I have 64 GB of fast and fancy memory which works as expected!

Perform as good as they look.

So far, these bad boys haven't had too work too hard. I wanted to future proof a Mini ITX build so decided to populate both slots off the bat with the fastest RAM I could get at the time of purchase. Though the 4000Mhz kits were supposedly coming out end of November 2020, there was no information online/anywhere in regards to when or where they would be available specifically, and I wanted to go ahead and build, so I pulled the trigger on this 3600Mhz kit. I wouldn't be surprised if these could OC to 4000 anyway in the future if I get ambitious, but for now, the workload I am putting on them is low enough that that's not really warranted.RGB is great. Lights right up and is pretty easy to control.Size/height is just fine underneath my crazy

No issues thus far! My rig is a bit of a tight fit due to the casing and cooling fans so I have a few issues with trying to get the fans to fit properly on top of the ram slots- but in a different set up I'm sure they fit great. The lighting is soft rainbow like and requires no set up, and the design is sleek and.modern. The ram size itself gives me plenty of room to have a million things going on at the same time (browser tabs amirite) with no repercussions to performance.Anyway- got what I paid for! Very happy!

Says it's for Intel but works with AMD too
12 September 2021

I needed memory that'll give me the max 128 GB of RAM, TridentZ fit the bill. It was on sale and stacked up well with the other memory sticks I was shopping around for. It has RGB as well and full functioning with Asus Aura Sync and Gigabyte RGB Fusion. The memory sticks mention on Intel but it works for AMD builds as well, so don't be afraid to purchase. Also, be aware after you install the sticks, you'll need to go into your Bios to get the full strength of your memory capacity. I have 3600 RPM but the system only showed 2455, boosted it in the Bios and now it's running at 3598 or somewhere close. Great buy for the deal I got! Recommend? Yes.

The Final Ram Upgrade
21 February 2023

This was the part 1 of 2 the "icing" to the cake that is my gaming station. I love this RAM the design is clean and pretty. A must if you want a clean looking yet professional rgb piece. Definitely something to pick up if your looking to have a no compensations build. That will easily chew through any apps you use.

I was looking for an upgrade from my old 32GB Ram and I came across this — amazing, iconic, wonderful Ram. This 64GB Ram is definitely, a work of art. From the RGB setup to the amount of workload that it can handle, I would definitely recommend this. This can be used when playing a game, having multiple windows opened, a stream running, etc. I personally use this for when I’m trading in the markets as I run a 4 monitor setup and have over 7 windows opened up. I don’t have any lag or any kind of delays when I’m taking care of my business needs. I have even tried doing other things while tackling my business needs such as running a game and a video from YouTube, simply to see how well it handles the workload and I was astounded. good stuff

We added 128GB of this stuff for our workstation to do 4k video editing in Premiere Pro with a AMD Ryzen 9 chip and a motherboard by Asus. It's good stuff. I keep getting hypnotized by the RGB lights. I'm not so much a fan of that. Anyway, it's been reliable, so far and when we ran a benchmark thing, it said "yeah, this stuff is good." Literally. That's what it said. I don't know. Maybe I made that part up. Buy it. You'll be happy.
