My review was blocked. They don't let me write what I want. I'll try to explain my experience another way. Echinacea has anti-inflammatory, antiviral and immunomodulatory activities. Recent studies demonstrate, and few people know, that Echinacea is effective against the HSV, Covid, HRVs and HPV. Studies point for 3-5-0 - m-g /_ day, with a meal or with a glass of water - NEVER on an empty stomach. You should not take Echinace for more than 8 weeks because instead of strengthening your immune system, you can weaken it. It is interesting to take it once a year to cleanse the body. NOT suitable for pregnant women.

Right now it's peak Spring time in California and I was taking all my antihistamines; both tablets and nasal sprays and they all of a sudden became completely ineffective and I was clueless as to why, until I searched up this echinacea's side effects and as soon as I stopped taking it, my allergy symptoms drastically lessened the next day. I order not the first time! We apply when one of the family members catches a cold, a couple of days and the person is healthy! The quality is on top! The composition is excellent! Good for health and immunity. It has no taste, because it is packaged in the form of a capsule.

I bought this to take immediately when we feel the first signs of illness. So far I am very pleased. Many studies have been done on echinacea and it’s effectiveness in the early stages of getting sick. Gaia makes such quality supplements. I highly recommend.

I’ve been using different brands of echinacea for 20 years and this is by far the best. Two weeks ago (6/24/22) I started to get a fever (woke up sweating) and fearing Covid I started popping the Gaia Echinacea which I had recently bought on Amazon. It did in fact turn out to be Covid and I kept taking the echinacea (3-4 a day). Covid lasted about 4-5 days with a very mild fever and no other symptoms. I was Covid negative on day 6 when I tested. I believe this particular brand made my immune system so strong that Covid was a breeze. It’s expensive but well worth it! One tip, use it fresh as soon as you get it and use it all within a month. After a month this particular brand seems to lose its effectiveness.
Have noticed no difference, but I'm not sick. i take this an my Hibiscus Elderberry syrup daily. For added immunity an vitamin C. The bottle came alone in a box, even tho i ordered other products with it. The black lid was broken an the seal was not fully attached. So hoping it was only due to being flung around the box. My son told me to send it back but i just did not want the hassle. Amazon should be sending it with other things to save packaging an less damage.
This is by far the best brand of Echinacea I have ever used. I start a regimen of 3 per day in November, and continue through April. They keep me healthy through the winter months when generally surrounded by sick people. I started taking them when I commuted by bus to work everyday and was constantly in the line of fire by sneezing, sniffling and coughing fellow passengers. Never got sick! I have recommended them to several friends and family members to use as a quick remedy to reduce the time suffering with a cold or flu. Worked every time. You simply up the dosage and knock it out quickly. Have tried many different forms of this but the liqui-caps are the best!
