If I could give no stars I would. Purchased 7 of these and they do not sit right. Lock also doesn’t work on one. Installed by qualified builder on brand new doors

No problems with this leverset. However, if you are replacing a non-privacy Gainsborough Matt Black Neue Series lever you will have to modify the holes in your door.

I purchased this leverset over a year ago for my whole house. I love them. They have a great solid feel about them, they have survived my grandchildren swinging off them. I thorough recommend.
High quality handles in a matt black finish. Simple to fit and suit a range of door thicknesses.
Great door handle. Had to buy this to replace the one the kids broke. They bent the lock pin which caused it to jamb.
