The customer care I received from Brigid was amazing and the information feed to me via email was great.Unfortunately, I found for “Big man sizing” the GANT Polo was very small. I am a standard 2XL in Polo Ralph Lauren and wanted something a bit roomier so I purchased the 3XL which was excessively small. This made no sense and felt that even the 5XL would not be enough based on the sizing measurements. The refund process was seamless. Look forward to being able to visit the store and try some things on.Many thanks

I love Gant Rugger Polo's and it feels great when you slip it on.Great cut (as always with Gant Rugger Polo shirts), and quality feel BUT, the color is not a nice pink in my opinion. More like an orange pink if that is a color.... I understand every brand has their own pink but RL & Lacoste pink is much nicer.Ordered online and color in my eyes was different once received compared to color on computer screen when I ordered.I returned the "PINK" & swapped for another color Rugger pique polo from Gant.I purchased the large size and it was true to fit.
Nice quality shirt and lovely colour. Did have to size up from normal size but other than that no complaints. Will buy more in other colours.
Too small unlike the T-shirt in same brand . Tried to return it brand new tag on but missing receipt . The operator didn’t scan my Myer one correctly so that had no proof , I had proof on a gift card statement but was told by the manager bad luck . Been buying from Myer for 30 years just terrible service I my eyes .
Ordering and delivery we fine, however when I tried the shirt on I found it to be small when compared to other shirts of a similar size that I had ordered from a different supplier. I us to buy from you all the time but you seem to be reducing the larger sizes that you use to offer (6XL and above). Now I have a shirt that is too small and I probally won't wear it.Regards John Gordon

Unfortunately the colour of the shirts delivered is closer to blue instead of black. I have noticed that they are now made in Vietnam instead of China. Very unhappy with this transaction.
