Purchase x2 items from this company just over three weeks ago. Ive tried contacting them four times. Once by replying to my order email, by chat, by email provided on website and by phone which is conveniently not in service. Ive heard they have been reported etc. As others have been having the same problem. They have my money but ive had no indication that im getting the stuff i Purchased. ConcerningPs don't deserve any stars due to poor customer service and the fact i feel like ive been conned.

Very satisfied at first but after the first rain we realized that the seams of the roof let a few drops of water pass. We have been able to correct this defect by sticking an adhesive tape along each of the seams. After this customization the arbor is at the top!
Great thanks
High Quality Product. Easy for assembling. Wind and rain durable. I put additional rod reinforcements against strong winds (We provide assembly services: 07473320242 based in London)
Fast delivery, easily erected, handled overnight 20mph winds and heavy downpours quite well, material could have been slightly thicker but considering summer use very airy and breathable, as stated handled rain and wind quite well. Very happy considering the purchase price.
looks classy in the garden.
Rather well made if we consider that this is the first price. The canvas is fine but impermeable. The seams of the zip are awful but the walls are well dimensioned. The rings are very low-grade plastic. Correct metal structure Assembly by clips and screws Note that the inside diameter is only 3.20m
