This is one of the best natural medicine I have ever used.I have a sensitive stomach + IBS and let me start by saying that it doesn't irritate me in any way, even on an empty stomach.Vitamins work MUCH better in fluid form as your body is like a sponge and soaks up the ingredients much faster.This quality is superb. I started using it when I found out that vitamin C helps against hay fever (which I got for the first time in my life). I don't use any artificial medicine so I sprayed this 3 times and my symptoms went away within 10 minutes max.It's such a powerful antioxidant that boosts your immunity VERY fast.I always make sure to have this in my house. The moment I sneeze or feel like I need a boost, I can use this to battle whatever lowers my immunity.

Okay, I was diagnosed with insufficient Vitamin D levels recently. I was looking for a quality vegan D3 supplement, as most are animal by-product based. This supplement MAY taste worse than anything you could imagine, especially something labelled “Vanilla”. But it doesn’t linger and my god it works. My GP recommended 4000iU per day until I reach sufficient levels, which I’ve been faithful to, and my Vit. D levels were up 5 points in one week. I would also agree that the taste/flavour becomes increasingly vague the longer you have it since you need to keep it in the fridge. Seriously a great supplement, I would recommend even with the taste as a factor.

We've been using this for years. We take it throughout the day. Among the many benefits we've felt, an unexpected one is that if one of us starts developing a mouth sore we simply swish with this C spray and most of the time the sore never erupts -- just fades away in a day or two instead of erupting and persisting for a week or more. We've also felt this C spray nip oncoming colds before they become full blown. The quality of this product has been consistent across batches throughout the years. We like the organic food-based ingredients and the quality had been consistently good from batch to batch over the years. We like the Orange-Tangerine flavor, too, but this Cherry-Tangerine is our favorite.

I've been using this vitamin spray for years, and have to say this is hands-down my favorite and go-to spray. I've had no issues with my stomach, and I do believe that having some vitamin c (in any form) really boosts energy levels. I've tried both the orange and cherry flavors, and would have to say that the cherry flavor is better to me. It's really easy to use, just make sure to shake well and spray in your mouth 4-5 times. It's like a propolis spray if you've tried one before, only just sweet and tangy, no bitterness included! The quality also seems very good as it is organic and from a well-known brand, garden of life.

She told me to use the vitamin D of my choice and she would wait 3 months and check my vitamin D level via a blood test and then she would decide whether she approved the vitamin Di I was taking or if she still wanted me to use the prescription. The taste is okay. I bought based on recommendations I came across because the person said doesn’t cause constipation or stomach ache. Previously, I was taking double dosage of iron sulfate and never had problems. But with this one everything it say it’s not supposed to do, it does in my case, that’s why I gave 4 stars. Otherwise, I would give 5 because the product is good overall and the service is amazing. Just didint work out for me.
This product is really great! I love the delicious tangerine-orange flavor; it's like I'm taking my daily dose of sunshine. That being said, I do wish the bottle was a bit larger, and the price point was a little lower.
