My local vitamin shop was out of a different product I normally use, so thought I'd try this since I love Garden of Life. This product is more gritty, and reminds me of the taste of maca powder (which I don't really like). My other product helped better with energy levels than this one too. Definitely tastes sweet but not like a berry. If you like maca powder, you may like this one.

Given its made of natural products, I didn't expect too much but was pleasantly surprised. The lift doesn't feel as artificial as conventional pre-workouts... it feels clean, with 80mg Caffeine and the Nitric Oxide boost provides and efficency to the workout. Taste is great as a bonus; Will purchase again.

I was using alot of the classic pre-workout drinks. They worked but gave a short burst of jittery energy. I wanted something clean, good ingredients but strong. This does the trick, it's not as extreme as the other types but gives a clear boost in energy for longer and without jitters. Great benefits for cheaper than buying those energy drinks. Tastes good too.

I was using C4 berry flavour before and it was good in taste. This organic one taste a bit weird than C4. Talking about the efficiency if the product it gives you a slightly less boost / stamina / energy as compared with my previous product. Moreover, it doesn't fully dissolve in the water, you can feel small particles while drinking it. Lastly, the benfit of this product is that it is all organic so this is the main reason for switching to it. Thank you.

I was really surprised by this product because not only is it an organic plant based pre-workout but it also tasted really good. I actually liked that it had a bit of an earthy taste and not synthetic flavor. Unfortunately, this product triggered my caffeine sensitivity but in the end it really got the job done and did what any pre-workout would do which is why I would still recommend it if that is the type of result you want. It'll definitely give you energy within the first 30 minutes of taking it.
Excellent product! Helps boost energy before workout. The taste and quality of the item is very good can’t fault it in anyway. The efficiency of the drink I would say depends on how much caffeine dosage you take in the first place. I’m not a hardcore caffeine person so I find the product excellent for my needs. It may look like small bottle but only one small scoop is needed. Package came as mentioned delivery was quick and I could track where my parcel was.

Today was my first time using this Pre-Workout powder and it was AWESOME. does it taste good? No. But I’m not drinking this for fun, I drink it for FUNCTION, and it functioned well! I workout at Orangetheory (HIIT workouts) and it definitely increased my energy during the cardio portion and the lifting portion. Definitely adding this to my routine. Don’t buy this cause it tastes good, buy it cause it WORKS good. :)
