I bought these as they were highly rated on lab door and the safety profile for heavy metals was good too. I really like that it contains vitamin C from natural sources which is hard to find. Most people when they say vitamin C are referring to ascorbic acid. Vitamin C from natural sources contains more than just the ascorbic acid which i think is important. I didnāt have any stomach problems taking these even on an empty stomach. So if youāre looking for vitamin C plus more from natural sources I would recommend this

I love these vit C they are the only ones I can take. I got sent a sample a few years ago with my order and thought I would give them a try. All vitamin C I had tried up to that point have given me the most horrendous diarrhoea, So I had almost given up. I think itās sometimes hard to know how good they are until you stop taking them, and I have no intentions of doing that. Iāve got my husband taking them now as well. He has always been able to tolerate the effervescent kind by they are not a ānaturalā supplement. Highly recommend especially if your tum is super sensitive to artificial things!
