I've been taking this, Vitamin Code -Zinc, also Vitamin Code- D3, 5000 IU, and Vitamin Code-Raw Vit. C (which is totally different from the widely used Ascorbic acid form of Vit. C. / Raw Vit. C actually works!! ) I also take magnesium citrate and quercetin... I have asthma, and started taking these since the start of covid. They brought my Zinc and Vit. D levels up a lot on my blood tests, ...
