Garden Parasol with Aluminium Pole 180x110 cm Azure Blue vidaXL

I like the 2 umbrellas I’ve ordered although one cane damaged. I’m in contact with company to get it replaced but communication has stopped. Hopefully they will contact me and I can get an undamaged product. Packaging was not very protective. . I will weigh in again if/when I hear back.

This product was the worst product I have ever bought anywhere. It came damaged twice and then the third one the bar holding the umbrella snapped. It was actually a Xmas present and I was so embarrassed. Photos have already been sent to the complaints department. Now waiting on a refund. Shonky product.

I love this led light umbrella.. It moved around a bit when windy but i tired down 2 corners to the fence now it doesnt move. The led lights are so pretty. I would definitely recommend this product.

As described. Works very well for the area we wished to shade. Easy to assemble and easy to operate. Just needed to get the base weights and we were good to go.

Looks the part apart from a permanent tilt of the main shaft.Very unstable in the slightest of breezes. Wooden extensions to ribs keep falling out.Cloth appears flimsy but may be ok.

Effective when you've used your brain

No instructions provided but then I didn't need any - some might. Also get a couple of paving slabs as a counter-weight. Good product, it covers our patio, probably wouldn't leave it unattended if there is a chance of strong breezes etc.

I thought that the parasols

I thought that the parasols would withstand gentle breezes but it didn’t!!! We nearly had to retrieve it from the garden behind our over a 6ft fence! Therefore it doesn’t do the job that we bought it for. To shield us from the sun.

This product was a huge

This product was a huge waste of money. Within one hour of setup it was broken. I spent $460 and the seller has offered all of $35 refund as compensation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

weak plates

it is novel attractive and easy for problems to be sorted out , however , the fundamental design of the two top plates supporting the parasol is flawed . they are not strong enough to cope with any sway in a breeze. i had to clamp them , after they had bent .
