I bought two of these. I have an engineering degree, I can put together a gas grill, but the English version of the instruction manual is translated from German, and I had to read it about half a dozen times before I could program the sprinkler. Requires 4 C cell batteries, not included. Mentioned in the manual, but not in the catalog listing, is that sprinkler is not compatible with well systems with a pressure tank (which is what I have). Of the two units I bought, one stopped working the first day and is being returned.

It needs a lot of water pressure to spring the water farther than 1 metre long. All plain springers work fine with the water pressure in my area, but this needs a lot more of it. so basically cant use it, as I have to move it every while in order to water the whole area.
