Overall pretty good setting. Some minor scratches on one of the glass table panels on arrival. Comfortable chairs. The wicker doesnt fully cover the table joins so some exposed sections of the frame.

A nightmare to put together. Holes covered by rattan. Too small space to screw. Give yourself a full day to construct.But once up its a very comfy and beautiful outdoor piece.Worth the price

It is absolute rubbish, I can’t use it. It is unsafe. I can’t get any help to get a refund it has ruined my Christmas gathering as I now have no outdoor setting that I can use. Terrible quality and terrible customer support. I have sent so many emails and photos, I can’t believe you could possibly be asking for another review, that just sums up the entire situation.

Love the look.. One glass insert had a small fine scratch, we can live with but obviously would prefer it wasnt there. The cover is flimsy, blows off easy, have had to put something on top to hold down. Overall we are happy.

The table is extremely tight, you can not even tuck the chairs in and it is advertised as a 8 seater when it is more of a 6 seater. I tried to contact the seller and they advised it is a change of mind because the measurements are advertised. I have asked them to show me how 8 people fit and they still have not sent a photo and want me to pay a $122 restocking fee and $60 shipping. I don’t mind paying a fee to ship it back but $122 to restock an item which is incorrectly advertised is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve wasted $800 as the table can not be used for my family and the company wants to charge me a ridiculous amount to send it back.

Reasonable for the price. I got it on special for around $700. Quality of the material is not so good. I feel the table needs to be slightly longer to accommodate the 3 chairs each side. the chair does not really sits inside the table when not in use. the table cover provided needs to have some tie or velcro to prevent it from flying over when there is a strong breeze.

Part of my delivery has arrived. After two weeks I received one box out of three. Four days later a second box arrived, but now there is apparently an issue and the third box has not arrived at all. I am being told they are investigating, however I have been asked to wait until 25 November. Very disappointed to be left with half an outdoor setting for an upcoming event. The product may well be excellent, but the chaotic delivery has not been a good experience

Finally received all the boxes. had a lot of trouble and problems with Toll here in Bundaberg. Now it's altogether it looks fantastic and excellent quality. Thank you

7 pce Outdoor Setting lightweight

Took awhile to put together. One chair unusable ,one glass panel was pitted. Tompany unable to replace defective parts and i was offerd a partial refund for the defective parts. If not for these issues the setting is value for money. The company were very helpful in coming to a solution for both of us.

We were happy with the outdoor furniture for the space we have, just the right size for it. Quality is good and so is the price. Very happy
