Well the cats have taken over! This sun lounge is beautiful. Classy, beautifully designed. Easy but fiddly to put together. Absolutely follow well written instructions. Gas cylinder so easy to install. Generous size. Extremely comfy. I bought two!

I ordered the 5 piece setting with two recliner chairs, two ottomans and a table.One flat pack had two of the same side of the chair. The other pack had a faulty piece that didn’t fit. Using pieces from separate boxes I was able to make up one chair.I’m still waiting for replacement pieces. And I really hope they come, because the one chair I have is great! It’s comfortable, the recliner mechanism works well and it’s all great value for money.So as long as the missing and faulty pieces turn up, I’m really happy.

Great comfortable chair.Terrible to put together. Holes for screws didn't line up, and the advice on the minimal instructions said if holes didn't line up to put screws in diagonally. Would like to point out here that you can't put metal screws into a metal screw hole "diagonally"!Have your own drill ready to drill holes that will line up so it can be put together.

Missing Pieces and holes don’t match up

Purchased 2 of these chairs and if all of the pieces were actually in the boxes it would be a nice set. But unfortunately both chairs are missing the same piece from the front of the chair. The footstool is an absolute nightmare to put together as the holes don’t align with each other. Tried calling to see if I could get missing pieces to get nobody on the other end of the call so have sent email with issues, photos and hopefully might get a response. So much for sitting back and relaxing on these chairs.

Nice addition to the decking

Had a few issues putting one of the chairs together the recliner did not work, after a bit of fiddling around finally got it to work. Cushions need to be thicker. Overall great purchase

Not happy with this product.

Not happy with this product. The assembly instructions do not include any details about the gas cylinder which is an integral part of the reclining process. Therefore I believe that the reclining system does not work because I have installed the cylinder wrongly. It really needs a replacement cylinder so it would be good if you could send me one.

Outdoor Recliner Chairs

Ideal size chairs for our deck as they are not too bulky. Some of the instructions to put it together were a bit vague, but it was fairly simple although was glad of a partner with an engineering background who understood what went where! Maybe cushions could be thicker but we can deal with that by adding extra cushions and lovely to have the recliner option and the foot stool. Overall we're very pleased with the purchase.

The frame is light tube metal and I question its durability considering the price we paid.There was factory fault in one chair where a weld for a bolt hole was missing. The return process has been slow and clunky. It's been over ten emails with photos and a month to get a replacement posted. We haven't received it yet and I'll be stressing if the next one has a problem. Our one good chair looks lonely, alas it's comfy and that's why I bought it. Customer service have been polite and I'd like to thank them for that.Myer has to negotiate with "their suppliers" for replacement parts/chairs. Rubbish.

Terrible product made worse by shocking returns system. Do not buy these chairs. In fact I would not buy from this brand again & are surprised Myer associate with such rubbish. There were four faults before one chair was even half put together. Wrong screws, half done welds & screw holes that don't align. We are quite handy people and my husband was willing to 'make it work' if it was 1 or 2 things but by the time we saw welds were missing and threads were striped we decided the product was substandard. These come flat packed FYI. Weeks later I am still waiting to hear from myers how to get a refund as it is back & forth with the supplier. I will never buy from their marketplace again nor this brand. AVOID.

Sun Lounge

Love it - it’s comfortable - the instructions were easy to follow although it did take me a bit of time to put together, the reclining mechanism works well. One thing that could have made the construction process easier would have been to label the bolt packages to ensure you use the correct ones.
