This chair is just what I wanted; a chair placed in my garden to encourage a sit-down in amongst the flowers and their perfumes and a small amount of shade. It is very inviting and looks so nice in the timber colour that blends in beautifully to make an ideal spot to take time to enjoy my garden. I love this chair although I did need someone with better skills than me to assemble it, ha! It is beautiful and I love where it is!

Disappointed in this product. The wood is substandard (looks like it is pallet Wood) with chips and scratches. And there was barely any paint on it. I had to add two coats of white paint. I think it still needs another coat. Way over priced for what you receive. Would not recommend this product. Actually thinking of asking for a refund. Not very happy at all. They should be embarrassed to sell this product.

the photos really tell the story, I purchased on the basis of the displayed features and quality. however the quality was not delivered in the finish of the quality of the timber used. The “paint” was so thin it was almost transparent, so I cannot see that this product was really designed for outdoors. The price on special offer was certainly attractive, but I would have been extremely frustrated if I had paid full price. I was offered a discount which at least would cover the cost of some quality outdoor paint, but I do not expect this to be an item that will last.Well the photos won’t tell the story, because the site will not allow any other photos,needless to say the furniture did not match the offer. so Caveat Emptor!

Worst quality new item I've ever bought. Very soft timber, the side tables were so poorly manufactured that I had to cut bolts to size with my angle grinder to even fit, and they were still wobbly and crooked. Yesterday I leaned back on the chair and it snapped. Do not buy. Also bought a bench seat from Myer, which was coated with some terrible stuff that came off on the first person to sit on it. And now has completely worn away leaving the ridiculously light timber exposed. Never buying anything from Myer again after this.
I Brought 2 chairs, the wood I'm sure is what matches are made of, plastic washers. They have not lined them up with what product photo looks like. 1 star is for style NOT QUALITY. The stain is actually equivalent to a wash. Put 1 together had to get flap pack expert in she said don't bother, other one still inbox waiting!!! Complaints let the 14day return laps so it's a sarga.I'm consumeraffairs if my second complaint is not attended to. I'm concerned at Big W market Place as They've been a great store in the past.BUY AT OWN RISK. NOT RECOMMENDED
Excellent, had some concerns when only one chair arrived but the customer service team were helpful and quick to advise that there would be a second parcel to arrive. The chairs and table are a lovely sturdy quality and perfect for anyone who wants light/white/hamptons/coastal but doesn’t want to go the plastic route like lots of this style in white are. Very pleased
