Any item returned due to an issue associated with an error on our part will be refunded in full. The item must be sent back in the same condition as received. Please allow approx. In the unlikely event of a return, please keep your postage receipt safe just in case you need to track your parcel. All tags must still be on the items where relevant in order to issue a refund. Items must not be purchased with the intent to "borrow or "loan", to then be returned. For example, clear signs of use, scuffs, make up marks etc. Please take care when unpacking items and trying on where relevant. Any damage claims will need to be supported in full by you, the end customer and backed up with clear images of any damage that may have been caused by the courier.
