Where do i start...Customer service on this from BCF was PERFECT all the way through.Bought this item,Hooked it up to the boat and went fishing the next day,Nothing worked properly, Sonar didnt read at all Took it back to BCF and they went above and beyond for me,We stood around for nearly 2 hours while waiting to hear from Garmin, Zac from BCF just kept getting Passed around from person to person at Garmin and no one was willing to help,In the end Garmin were not willing to help out at all,Went back to the Trusty Lowrance and worked perfect out of the box

Does not "include Bluechart G3 Maps" as advertised on the BCF website. I was only able to upgrade via a second purchase of the Bluechart G3 Maps via the Garmin Download website. This is a very important distinction as the upgrade costs $150 ($350 or more options).
