Coming from the Garmin Instinct 2x Solar I like this watch. The screen is clear and bright. I haven't had any issues, you just need to be patient when you take it out of the box because it does several updates. The price is steep but it's the top of the their lineup without going to the Marq so I get it... I was previously an Apple watch user and I really did not like the daily charging or the health metrics, this feels like a modern tool watch.

The Fenix 7SS has an excellent build quality. I wish I had switched to Garmin sooner (from Polar and Apple). It was also my first time ordering from PlayBetter which I would highly recommend. Shipping was faster than ordering direct from Garmin. In regards to the watch, I love it. Only thing I wish existed, was a sapphire version minus the solar ring.

The title says it all. Great battery life but extremely overpriced. In 2024, the fair price for this would be 500 AED.
I really like my new watch. Did research and spoke with several who have gatmin products and rave about them. A little learning curve but getting it and enjoying it.Thank you was worth the wait
I actually ordered this watch by accident. I reached out to customer service and they were amazing. I was able to return it and get the 7S that I wanted as this one was way too big for my liking. The fit and finish are great. I just set it up and used it for the first time today for a couple of workouts and a run. I'm already in love with it. I can only see my self liking it more as time goes on. Fast shipping is an understatement. PlayBetter is top notch all the way around. I'll definitely do business with them in the future.
I’ve had it a couple of weeks so far and the watch is awesome! Beautiful AMOLED display, great battery life, speakerphone and microphone very useful. Im not a a scuba diver but apparently big improvements for those folks. Love the new UI and looking forward to Garmin improving it over the years. Watch came with some initial software glitches but Garmin has put out a few updates already to address such issues. I bought the 51mm AMOLED sapphire orange version.
Excellent upgrade from my forerunner 935. Addition of music, additional metrics (including pulseOX), recommended workouts, and much longer battery life (survived a 17 hour 400km ride) were worth the upgrade.Watch is a bit heavier, but ok with the extra battery life tradeoff.

Dove into the water and it crashes hard. Rebooted and didn’t lose progress but isn’t this supposed to be waterproof?Afterward the pressure elevation varied fr GPS elevation by 400 ft for the rest of the day.Still won’t synch activities despite restarting, reinstalling, and resynching multiple times.For a device that’s this expensive this litany of failure on basic tasks in the first 24 hours is shocking.
