I think this is the best heart rate monitor on the market. I bought this one to replace another similar Garmin one that I lost. I was initially worried that the heart rate strap was not replaceable, thinking it would wear out. over years of use, it never stretched out, frayed, or showed any signs of wear. Not much earthshattering has happened with heart rate monitors in the last 3-5 years. Great HRM.

High quality HRM

Absolutely amazing product. Right out of the box highly accurate on mph running on treadmill and over time has learned my cadence and has become almost exact. It’s also always exact when I run properly which it teaches me. It’s also very comfortable and don’t even notice it’s on. Metrics are great as well with heart rate, cadence, distance, ground contact etc. must have for indoor treadmill runs.

Love technology used to enhance fitness

Great HRM with the Garmin watch it shows tons of data for your runs. A lot of it is very interesting although unsure that I should use it to try and adjust the finer aspects of running such as vertical oscillation. I bought this to get me back running as been out for 2 years so interested in observing the changes as I get fit and run more efficiently and how that will be reflected in the running dynamics data from the HRM.

Much easier to replace the battery and avoid flooding issues when swimming

The advantage of the Garmin HRM-Pro Plus is that you do not need to fiddle with tiny screwdrivers to change the battery. I've had three triathlon Garmin heart rate monitors - all of them eventually flooded even though I tried to be careful replacing the battery plus I used new rubber gaskets in an attempt to keep them water proof. I used my new HRM-Pro Plus yesterday with Trainer Road It connected immediately. I look forward to no more flooding after I replace the battery.

Overall Good

Solid strap, feels pretty comfortable. Use it for running and cycling. Seems pretty accurate too. the extra running metrics are interesting too, will take me some time to understand them though.I bought this on sigma sports because I was gifted a voucher, I would recommend that sigma sports make their price of this item more competitive.

Very happy so far with this heart rate monitor! I've only used a few times but it was very easy to connect and feels like it's pretty accurate. I feel better on my runs/bikes knowing it's picking up an accurate heart rate versus relying on my watch. It's very comfortable as well, I wear S and XS tops and this feels tight enough where it doesn't slide down or move around. Definitely recommend!
