Awesome watch- Ultimate piece of Kit!

As a returning garmin customer, previously had the Garmin Tactix Bravo, this watch is a huge upgrade and though pricey well worth it! The gps accuracy is awesome having used various and compared it. Aesthetically I wasnt sure if I would like it as much but it actually is a lot better looking in the flesh. It is comfortable on the wrist and has lived on mine 24/7 for the last few weeks only requiring minimal charge (twice so far). The battery life is a huge improvement; even with all physiometrics turned on 24/7 sleep, HR, pulse oxygen, bluetooth and using the gps and music daily with phone notifications I am consistently getting 9 days battery, if I tweak a few settings up to a month. The activity and physiometrics available, body battery, sleep, stress scores are ... MoreAs a returning garmin customer, previously had the Garmin Tactix Bravo, this watch is a huge upgrade and though pricey well worth it! At first take I thought they may be a little gimicky, but a lot of the features such as the body battery I have been very impressed with as with the garmin coaching features. This really is the watch of the future and I am thrilled with it! The tactical features are obviously awesome too, and exceed the quality and accuracy that I came to expect from the bravo predecessor. I use this as a one piece solution for kit and is an absolute asset. The charge time is very quick even with a small battery pack for field! You will not regret it!

Great watch, great features.

Love the watch.,Applied Ballistics and all. Was a bit curious why it was priced aabout $100 less, but everything was as advertised. I live in Saudi Arabia, so the shipping/import fees was horrendous, but was to be expected. All in all, one of their finest fitness watches, with a few extra bells and whistles. I already had a fenix 6X Pro Solar that my wife stole, so I missed having one. This made everything feel right back at home.

I think my girlfriend is getting jealous.

If you're not looking at the time or navigating your way through thick jungle, you're staring at the build quality of this thing! I'm in construction and it's been copping a beating and it still looks brand new. My girlfriend and I went on a bush hike and it navigated us out of there no worries with turn by turn navigating, which comes in handy when the track splits into 4. Kept an eye on my pulse ox levels when I had COVID-19 which was really interesting. Coming from a Galaxy watch (which seems like a happy meal toy now) the Tactix being a non touch screen you get used to navigating the menus with the buttons really quickly. I download walking tracks in my local area from "alltrails.com", then transfer onto the watch. I'd buy another if it weren't completely useless to wear 2 watches. The staff at johnny Appleseed were super friendly and helpful also.

Well... I may as well write something lengthy, as it may help someone else...I have been looking for something to replace my Seiko Solar GPS (GPS only for time), which has finally given up the ghost. After some research, I decided on the Garmin Tactix Delta, mainly for reliability, the look and the support of the Garmin ecosystem. When I received it (very quickly from FirstClassWatches)... it looked great, and the initial setup was simple using the Garmin apps.Then... initial disappointments, and, I must admit that at this point I almost sent it back. The display was dull... I may be over 70, but my eyesight is OK.But the worst bit was how to navigate the menus based on the enclosed instructions.I do understand that it is difficult to provide detailed functionality with only 5 buttons, but I kept getting it wrong! However, I persevered for a day, watching endless YouTube videos (mainly for the Fenix, which is very similar in functionality), until I fully understood it...With that, plus a change of the watch face and a few other minor tweaks from those internet gurus, I started smiling again. If you get this watch (particularly if you are a senior citizen... youngsters may not have similar problems?), I highly recommend getting all the Garmin apps for your phone, as it is SO MUCH easier to use that!48 hours later and with much playing around... I am not going to be sending it back.

Tactix Delta Sapphire - only had a few days but loving it. Looks great, feels well built with no plastic, great detail and easy to use. Great service on purchase and I price I couldn't see beaten anywhere. Less than 20hrs from order, was on my wrist.

Amazing watch and overall very pleased with the service received so far, considering this is going for £799 on Garmin’s site! I was apprehensive when purchasing this watch due to upgrading my fenix 6 pro. I was originally looking at the 7X, but this watch is incredible quality and suits me well. It’s sophisticated and a great looking watch with all the features. Top quality five stars!

An absolute amazing watch which has everything you need to supplement your outgoing adventures or athlete training plans from running, trail running swimming, cycling, hiking, as well as some military specific features including jumping out of planes or windows for me :D! Garmin's vast statistical data aids you to train cleverly and prompting rest days after hard sessions...the body battery for me is an absolute must to make your training productive...well done Garmin. Point to mention for those needing to use the navigation especially when marking my way points etc make sure you have a GPS Satellite lock before commencing as in my case when navigating back to a saved point can be inaccurate. There is a learning curve but all in all a fantastic training and guidance ... MoreAn absolute amazing watch which has everything you need to supplement your outgoing adventures or athlete training plans from running, trail running swimming, cycling, hiking, as well as some military specific features including jumping out of planes or windows for me :D! I bought this as updating from an old but trust Garmin 245. I’ve had tendon surgery so I can’t wear a watch too tightly and some competition brands and older Garmin required a firm fit to operate the HR sensor, it after testing a friends Fenix 6 I found the sensor worked well on a more loose fit.I’ve only had it on for a few days but it’s an amazing piece of kit. I’m fairly familiar with the set up and there’s tons of how to vids out there if needed. Accuracy is spot on and the new features (maps-pace pro) are just what I was after.I chose the Tactix over the Fenix as I just liked the look more and it fits better with my style and work. The size is the same as some of my G-Shock watches and only 20g more which is noticeable at first but after a day it’s no issue ... MoreI bought this as updating from an old but trust Garmin 245. The Tactix Delta is an amazing watch, it's large but not too big. Heavier than my previous watch but after wearing it for a day or two it's not noticeable.Excellent customisation in the Connect IQ app. The 1.4 inch display is perfect paired with the sapphire lens. This is 100% a 5 star product paired with 5 star service from first class watches. Friendly and prompt communication, speedy dispatch and quick delivery.Highly recommended this watch and this company. Thank you. AAA+++⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
