Love this makeup remover because it gently removes my waterproof make up easily without drying out skin and it's refreshing, Feel squeaky clean after used it. It might a little bit oily but work well together with the Garnier facial wipes.

It removes all the make up including water proof very well
I bought this to take off waterproof mascara (e.g. Covergirl Exhibitionist waterproof) and it doesn't work very well - I have to rub and rub at my eyes to get the mascara off. It works perfectly well on other mascaras, though. This product is also fragranced (though it says it's fragrance-free) which I find baffling for an eye product, and I also find it messy when pouring it out onto a cotton pad. I won't be buying this again.
I highly recommend this product because it's so simple to use and effectively removes makeup, leaving skin feeling clean and refreshed. Just shake the bottle, put some on a makeup removal pad, and wipe your face clean.
This is the best eye make up remover I've ever used. It is sensitive to the skin yet powerful enough to remove even the most difficult and stubborn waterproof make up. Highly recommended!

This is great, it works super well to get everything off your face but you 100% need to follow with a toner or witch hazel type product. Leaves an oily feel on your face
I have been using this product for a year. I have tried other removers but this is the best remover for waterproof eye make up and suitable for sensitive skin. No irritable reaction was found.
