Garnier Fructis Style Sleek & Shine Flat Iron Perfector Straightening

I’ve tried a variety of different heat protectants lately because my Target stopped selling this flat ironing mist which was my go-to. Every flat iron protectant I’ve tried feels like it doesn’t work and my hair is super greasy looking from using them. This heat protectant made my hair feel clean/not greasy at all is a great detangler too. I’m just going to have to order this from Amazon from now on because this is really the only heat protectant that works for my oily hair aside from Chi, but I like the price and smell of this one most.

I use Garnier sleek and shine flat iron perfecter straightening mist all the time. I have very coarse dry damaged hair and I use a straightener quite a bit. After I wash my hair I put the flat iron mist and it will it dries. It really takes the volume and frizziness out of my hair so it's ready to be flat ironed once it's dry. It smells amazing and even after using the flat iron on it I can still smell the nice fruit smell in the solution. I've tried many other oils and relaxers but this one is great value and you get the quality of any of the other ones or better. I would recommend this 21 who flat irons their hair on a regular basis it leaves your hair shiny and helps with the really well.

My OG heat protector! I used this for years and years and not only is it affordable, it's super easy to find and super great quality. This product makes your hair super smooth and shiny, prepares it really well for your straightening routine while protecting it from the heat! The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is 1. I no longer use this because I hardly ever use a flat iron so I'm not sure if the formula remains the same and 2. the smell is HORRIBLE (like all Garnier products), it's such a strong fragrance and I absolutely hate it. If you're looking for a heat protectant and scent is not an important factor, I would recommend giving this a try.

It just felt like I was spraying water in my hair, scented water because it smelled really good. I’m not sure if it’s just my hair, as my hair is super dry and frizzy and so maybe it just wasn’t for my hair type but I literally used it two times on two different section of my hair and got the same results so I stopped and got out my go to straight if serum. I was super bummed tbh- I thought I was gonna for sure like it and it would work well because I’ve never had a product from this brand fail me this bad. But on a positive note this has still been the k Lu product by them that I’ve experienced dissatisfaction with. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This has a nice fruity scent, light weight spray to help with heat protection. I use this before I blow dry my hair, straighten my hair or even daily without using any heat on my hair.I've been using this now for a month and I still have nearly a full bottle, so this will last me a long time!It really does help to tame frizz and leaves my hair looking sleek. I love that it contains argan oil too. 450°F / 230°C heat protection, 48h straight finish, with argan oil from Morocco, paraben free, helps to tame frizz, cruelty free.

I have been using Garnier Sleek Shine Flat Iron Perfector Straightening Mist for years now. I love how it has a simple full spray to the nozzle meaning it comes out in a mist, not just one long stream. It covers the whole part of my hair I am Straightening. It leaves my hair super shiny. My hair will stay straight for a few days after using the spray! I highly recommend it.

I bought this when I ran out of my usual heat protectant and didn’t feel like running to sallly’s so I decided to give this a try. The price was much cheaper than the stuff I usually buy so that’s a plus. It works very well and leaves your hair looking healthy and smooth after you use it, not greasy like some other brands I’ve used. It also has an AMAZING scent, I get compliments all day on how good my hair smells! I definitely recommend this stuff it’s well worth the price!

If I have somewhere to go I spray this on damp hair and use a round porcupine brush, with both the boar and nylon bristles, and blow dry all my hair straight. Using this type of brush yields the best results for me. I usually shower at night so I try to let my hair air dry but before it dries completely I spray the sections around my face that are curly, wavy, and frizzy then blow dry those areas straight. In the morning it is still looking pretty good. If I am staying home or just running errands I will fix some of the spots that need to be smoothed out from sleeping on and I am good to go. I can use as much as I want and never have problems with this leaving my hair greasy or weighed down, I never spray near my roots though. However, I almost feel like my hair is becoming drier in the areas I use this most. Not 100% sure but it sort of looks like it so I do not feel like it is protecting my hair all that much. Helping to smooth yes, protect ??? Not so sure. I will be trying something else next but I will not cross this off my list completely just yet especially because it works to smooth out my hair and you can't beat the price.

Long lasting effects

Wow this stuff is amazing! My hair usually curls again after about 4 hours, but so far my hair has stayed pin straight for 15 hours! Even after wearing headphones and tucking my hair behind my ears it stayed straight. The scent is a little strong, but there's no weird residue or texture left behind on my hair. I'll definitely be buying this again!

so, using this product was like a 60 second rollercoaster that ended on a great note. after i sprayed it in my hair and started to brush it through, i panicked because it made my hair feel completely tangly/sticky/unmanageable. i actually worried i got a tainted batch for a second. the more i brushed, the straighter and sleeker my hair got before even straightening/adding heat. then used the flat iron and i swear on my momma this is the sleekest, straightest, shiniest, most professionally-styled-looking my hair as ever been. i don’t know what kind of terrifying and wonderful formula this is but it’s magic.
