Usually mascara liner is completely off after 'massaging' 3 times w/ same pad. And without leftover gunk or irritation. Makes me keep all the lashes too. I do need to moisturise my face afterwards bc my skin is very dry, and it needs some love after a full day. But it's not as if the Garnier creates pulling, itching or flaky skin at all. My face feels clean without being overly stripped. I also use it for non-makeup skin cleansing because too much water is bad for my skin,and a quick wipe with Garnier Micellar water to get rid off the dirt from the inside outside air is great. Absolutely recommend the stuff. I only wish it came in a spray pump - easier to apply to larger cleanse towels and no risk of leakage. But that's a minor thing.
