This is lovely pasta and is enjoyed in our house with tomato sauce or as a carbonara. I tend to buy when it is on offer though as this is a more appropriate price

This took ages to soften - I was boiling and boiling it. Certainly it was nice pasta, but in the interests of time I'll go with other brands of linguine that taste just as good and don't take as long to cook.

Garafalo make consistently good pasta across the range. We like the linguine and rigatoni the most. Firm pasta, not sloppy or wet. Cooks perfect, just follow the instructions.
