Used the heaters once and they now have permanent red scorch marks on the front! Beyond disappointed. Very expensive to install and now ugly to look at after one and only use!

Arrived OK. 1. The advertising said 2PK which I assumed was 2 pack paint but was 2 per pack so inadvertently bought 4 instead of 2 which was not required. My mistake but a better description on quantity is required 2. One was rattling inside so did not want to use that one so that one that cannot be used and not prepared to take the risk 3. One had the edges exposed with the insulation and although it operates correctly looks unsightly and not quality like the other one installed and actually looks like the end cap screws were slightly stripped like someone had attempted to undo them 4. The last one I didn't even open as disappointed so stored it away for a rainy day just in case the one one up there with the exposed insulation gives up the ghost So there you have ... MoreArrived OK. 1.
