We love our new Gazebo & matching umbrella for summer. Will dismantle over winter & bad weather. Have added extra weights for stablization & an umbrella stand for the table. We also have some walls to block wind abit more.Very good service from Catch tea

Easy to pop up, lighter than others I have had. Hope it is robust - but haven't had any wind or heavy rain yet to see! Love being able to eat outdoors without swatting flies! It also doubles as a cool shaded spot for our dog.

Absolute piece of garbage that broke upon unboxing. The arms broke as i pulled them apart. I'm unable to even contact mydeal since this purchase isn't linked to my account and my acct isn't linked to any purchases. What a waste; a total ripoff!

So dissapointed by this purchase. It lasted not even 1 week! One whole side collapsed after rain, the stitching came away, the roof sagged and I was unable to use it. I am still waiting for a team member to get back to me in regards to a refund. I have had to purchase something else to have for Christmas Day! I also did not realise Harvey Norman Online have nothing to do with Harvey Norman stores! Thankfully the staff at my local store at Aspley were very helpful. It has put me off ordering online in the future
As soon as you open the box you can tell the quality is very poor. The zip on the bag broke before we even fully opened it. Scratches on the legs and poles so flimsy I was nervous with even a slight breeze. The fabric is of such poor quality I'm not game to put it up a second time. Guide ropes and pegs are not sufficient to fully secure. Wish we'd never purchased. Will be asking for a refund.
Don’t waste your money. This broke in all four corners the first time we put it up. Had to argue with Myer for over a week to get a refund because we didn’t “video” ourselves putting up! Absolute cheap rubbish. You’ll end up having to buy that more expensive better quality one you looked at, at BCF or ANACONDA anyway
Absolute rubbish. On assembly one of the overhead struts immediately collapsed inwards. Within an hour one of the concertina bars (where it facilitates the framework to be extended out) snapped right at the point where one of the hinge pins is inserted, causing the frame to collapse on that aspect. So much for our plans for Christmas.

Purchased for New Year’s Day gathering with friends. Seemed easy to put up although instructions vague. Be patient and allow extra time. Once up it lasted less than an hour before it bent and then broke in the wind. Not even one full use before it was rendered useless. Don’t waste your time with this one.
Shade screen decent quality. Overall structure is low quality with plastic feet. Low quality rope. I would not use this Gazebo far from home or anywhere for camping. It's good to use in the backyard on occasion. The durability of the plastic feet is low quality and temperature changes weaken the feet. Easy to bend crack. No good in the wind. I've had a Gazebo with metal feet twist and bend in the wind, especially if the weather has been warm. The low quality Plastic feet rates this Gazebo down.
