This is a gift for our new great grandson. It is an addition to the stroller his big brother uses. It was easily ordered, and arrived very quickly. It did necessitate shipping it to us, and us shipping it to our grandchildren. With our family members serving in the military overseas, it would be nice to have shipping to APO available.

While it does function as a buggy seat. There has been a design change in the clasp attaching to the buggy frame of the gazelle which means I cannot attach it to the bottom section of the buggy when trying to use the 2 in 1 feature for car seat and buggy seat

In theory pram is okay. The only disappointing thing is buying this premium item off of a retailer and getting a stroller seat that isn’t functioning from the beginning. It’s been over 20 days since I’ve made my complaint, the product is with Cybex but still unsure when it will come. For a premium brand, for an everyday necessity you would think issues like this would be resolved quickly. Telling a 6 month old their only option is a car seat is not possible and has made everyday since difficult.

Great pram seat, easy to install and remove, lightweight so easy to carry, folds really easily itself and the pram can be folded with the seats on making it easy and practical to use, the straps are easy to do up and undo, and the shoulder pads are comfortable for little ones. The seat can lie flat so can be used from birth and allows little ones to have a nap on the go. The hood is great and covers the seat well without completing covering little ones so they can't see out. Would recommend to anyone!
Great pram seat, can lie flat so can be used from birth, arms straps are really secure so feel very safe, pram can be folded with seats still on making it easy to use for parents and convenient when out and about, especially with multiple little ones, great quality
I bought this back in June of last year, and so I have had this for less than a year.When it's working, it's great- does everything it needs to do. However, recently the white button at the back no longer works, which does not allow me to recline the seat. It's stuck at the lowest position which my baby hates at the moment. Since I needed this as a double stroller, it is now no longer in use since I can't seat two. I reached out to customer service, but have not heard back.

Great seat!! I love that this seat can hold as much as the seat that comes with the stroller. It’s also so easy to add and remove too!
