Good quality product
Bought to replace a gearwrench I had bought 10 years ago. Good quality. I use it multipule times a day.
After using without issue for 3 months, one of my technicians was applying torque to a bolt at 170 ft-lbs and the entire ratcheting mechanism broke free with no resistance to the force being applied. We are lucky only minor damage was done. Could have resulted in a fall or other serious injury. Will be attempting to get a refund.
Settings don't line up seems like it is 10 LBS off. Tried contacting Gearwrench twice, once by email and once by phone. Never got a response.

Really like the feel of it. Also like the way the release on the grip is designed. Haven't put it to the test yet so time will tell.
