Gelish Dynamic Duo Foundation & Top It Off

I bought a Gelish base coat and top coat five years ago and they were great. I bought this duo to replace the old bottles and they are just not the same theyre worse quality. My gel manicures dont last as long anymore - chipping and lifting start less than a week - and my nails dont look as smooth and nice as before.

Great, smooth top and base coat. I would advise doing your thumbs first and curing them. The only issue I had was when I did my one hand entirely and put them under the lamp to cure. The polish dripped to the side on my thumb when it was tilted. Otherwise, so far, so good!

One... The top coat doesnt smooth out right away when youre curing it. It felt so sticky and wasnt staying glossy. Two... its not real because the cheap products I get an allergic reaction in my fingers. They start to itch and get sensitive. But the next day it was smooth and if you dont put enough the gloss doesnt show as much. I wasnt happy that it wasnt the real product. And I wanted a good brand because I was tired of the allergic reaction I get from the fake and cheap products when I want to do my nails at home. So If your reading this... dont buy it.

The Dynamic Dus is right! I love these guys! They really are the superior products of the gel polish world and I really have a hard time using or especially recommending any other brand of top and bottom coats to people I talk nails with. This is the best polish ever! It is long lasting and easy to use. BUT I would like to note for those of you who have never used it to be aware that the base coat is significantly thicker than the top coat, so the base coat is nice and sticky. The top coat is a little bit thinner consistency and can move around your nail a little when it comes to curing the polish. So I have to double check when I am curing my top coat that it isn't moving or rolling off my nail and on to my skin on the sides of my nail. Just watch out for that and if it happens, immediately turn off lamp and fix or it will cure in the wrong place and end up causing lift on your nails early into your manicure and that will lessen its life. I tried to find some nail foundation that last for long time. I did my manicure almost two weeks ago, and it looks like I did it yesterday. Definitely recommend

When it comes to gel polish, this is the only base and top coat I use! They are extremely easy to work with and provide a smooth and even finish every time. I LOVE that they also have a matte option as well.These are a bit on the pricier side, but they are well worth the investment! As long as you prep and apply properly, your manicure will last you 10 days or more! Highly recommend!

Since Covid made it’s arrival, I’ve been doing my nails at home. I’ve been using this particular foundation and top coat for over a year now and I really like it! I’ve purchased this set a couple of times since I started my own nail care and have always been pleased. Bonus, there’s not crazy smell to it!

This top coat and foundation set, along with the matching probond, has made my nails last for close to a month. It is very easy to apply as you can take your time with it and it will not dry until you cure it. I have found that sticking to one brand for foundation, color and topcoat reaps the best results as their chemical compositions are designed to work together. Mixing brands tend to lead to less longevity. I would 100% buy this product again as it has more than met my expectations

Cant wait to start using base and top coat for my own diy gel manicures. The salon I was going to uses this brand and my manis lasts 3weeks with no chipping, lifting or dulling. Only reason I need to re-do at 3 weeks is that my nails grow sooo fast, otherwise could probably stretch it even further
