I find this product very useful, and would not be without it. It seems to improve my resilience overall, and reduce the number of things that I'm 'intolerant' of, and with that I sleep better. I only take about 2-3 gm per day in pear juice, and it doesn't dissolve very easily; warm liquid is better.

Very happy with this product. Have been taking it for general well-being (male, age 55), and feel it has had a beneficial effect on my overall levels of energy and strength. Does have a slight chemical taste on its own, so best taken with some juice perhaps. Overall recommended, will buy again.
