Fantastic BBQ that we cook on all year round. Superb and so easy to create the perfect restaurant standard steak every time with the ‘heat zone’.I can highly recommend our I335 grill. The rotisserie feature takes kebabs and roast chicken to another level. I ordered this grill from BBQ Guys. It was delivered on time and very well packed. The build process by myself took about 8 hours (it was recommended to be a 2-person process, but most of the steps only required 1 person). The grill and components are all good quality materials and no parts were missing. There are paper directions and a BILT app for digital directions. I recommend using both simultaneously for better comprehension.The grill is very easy to use, has a great SEAR feature, and cooks very evenly. I have cooked beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp, all to perfection. It does also come in a natural gas model, and does have a warming or cooking side burner, storage compartment, inside light for cooking at night, and lighted controls. This is a very good design! I bought this unit on Christmas Day. Upon arrival I put the unit together and found the instructions along with the BILT app very helpful in guiding me through the process (about 3 hours). Upon completion to flaws were identified - the right door did not close properly (i.e. the door didn't connect to the magnetic anchor at the base) and the "sear" knob did not fit properly to the manifold (the manifold was not centered and the knob could not turn easily nor could it be depressed into the manifold). I phoned WEBER customer service and they were quick to understand the flaws (the door was warped). They sent a new door AND they sent a new manifold to replace. I will say that the quality of materials in the new unit pales to the quality in my original Genesis II (bought over 25 years ago). That unit NEVER had any issues and always worked until this day. I doubt this unit will last as long...we shall see.
