Georg Jensen Alfredo Salt and Pepper
SetThis handsome salt and pepper set is a masterclass in minimal restraint. All unnecessary decoration has been removed leaving just the beautiful organic shape rendered in high shine stainless steel. Form and function are in perfect equilibrium as the shakers work ergonomically in the hand and the adjustable ‘All-Grind - Ceramic technology’ used in the mechanism creates the perfect grain size. Argentinian-born Alfredo Häberli is known for his love of craftsmanship and artistry which he always approaches with a sense of humour. His work is playful, engaging and vibrant and he believes it should always elicit some sort of emotional response from the consumer. The two matching shakers are made from highly polished stainless steel. The ‘All-Grind’ internal mechanism is adjustable allowing you to easily change the coarseness of the salt or pepper grains. The salt and pepper shakers can be filled from the top by removing the top. Wipe clean only.

I love the design of the Alfredo range especially the salt and pepper mill, however, I have found both difficult to fill hence the 4 stars. If you know how to fill with pepper corns please feel free to inform me.

These are gorgeous, and I’m happy with my purchase, but I couldn’t figure out how to fill them. There weren’t instructions in the box or on it, so after 15 minutes of meddling with them, I finally discovered that the tops pull straight off. I felt silly, but happy to have them filled. They grind very well and are a pleasure to use.

A very simple modernist design and excellent manufacturing one would expect from Danish designer Georg Jensen. It’s a gift so I can’t speak of the functionality of the grinders.

I am so pleased with these salt and pepper grinders! They are elegant and unique - definitely an upscale change from anything I’ve seen on the market. They work smoothly and are a chic accent in our kitchen.
This is the second salt & pepper shaker of Georg Jensen I have bought. I also have the smaller pair. They look great on a dining table and feel sturdy. My guests always comment on them and have also gone and bought them. Definitely recommend for a classy dinner party.
Lovely product....stylish, good quality, nice to handle......very pleased...thank you
these salt and pepper shakers are stylish, different and expensive--but I love them.
These salt and pepper grinders are so pretty they feel like decor. We leave them out all the time because they look like little statues. Had some trouble with the pepper mill functioning. But really stunning on our table.
Beautifully finished grinders that are perfect for any table that add a sophisticated look
The grinders are great. I bought the tall ones and would probably prefer the shorter ones in hindsight as I wanted for everyday casual use.
