I have very thick curly hair but sometimes wear it straight. This works really well whatever option I choose. Itās really fast when blow drying straight and the nice narrow nozzle helps minimise frizz. I donāt find it too heavy. The brush works well too, it grips the hair well enough to get a good smoothing effect with getting tangled. Happy enough with the diffuser too. Overall I think this is good value for money and I think it will last.

I bought this hairdryer in 2021, so Iāve had it for two years now and itās still going strong. Itās so powerful and I always get great results when using a barrelled brush for volume. Iāve had no issues with the GHD hairdryer and a find the price really reasonable compared to some other big branded hair dryers on the market. Iāve been really happy with my purchase and itās still as good as new two years on. Couldnāt recommend it enough. My hair is quite thick and itās a medium to long length, my drying time was halved compared to your standard hairdryer.

What a great product!Yes a little more pricey compared to other hair dryers but you can tell you paying for what you get.The quality of the product is wonderful, it make my hair feel softer to touch after blowing drying it compared to other.you can smell you hair burning with other hair dryers where as the ghd itās just so much better.The only negative of this product is the weight of it - for some people I think it will be a little heavy after a while. - hopefully with progression its becomes lighter.
