ghd Black Helios Professional Hair Dryer

I’ve had this hairdryer for 2 months. I’m somewhat of a hairdryer collector due to never being able to find one that really suits my hair which is pretty long and quite unruly. I’ve previously had some top brand dryer which I’ve found either not strong enough to dry my hair as quickly as I’d like or they’ve been too hot on the setting I’ve used and it’s burnt my hair. I’ve just never been “happy” with my purchases.That is until now ! … this dryer is a dream, the hot setting doesn’t burn my hair but is plenty warm enough to dry my hair quickly. I received this product for free from ghd and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I really like this hair dryer! I typically use the Shark hairdryer so my opinion on this hair dryer is in comparison to the Shark. I found that the ghd dryer works fast without being overly hot or loud. It also makes my hair so shiny and dries it without frizz. My hair is naturally wavy so it’s very easy for it to look frizzy especially when being dried. The concentrator works very well. I would love to try a diffuser attachment for this as well! I’ll absolutely continue to use this tool and would definitely recommend it.

I received this item from Influenster and GHD in exchange for a review. I usually use the Dyson Supersonic blow dryer so I wasn’t sure what to think of this as it was my first time using a GHD product, but I’ve been using it for the past month and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! I have thick, coarse, wavy hair and it usually takes forever to dry but I found that it only took me about 10 minutes to rough dry all my hair before blowing it out. I used the concentrator attachment and had barely any frizz after drying. I like that it has multiple temperature adjustments as well as airflow settings. I might actually like this more than the Dyson supersonic blow dryer, it’s also $100 cheaper and honestly just as good if not better.
