Bought these for my sister on behalf of her boyfriend, as her daughters kept pinching her original GHD's. She absolutely loves them. So much so the kids are banned from touching them. Lovely case they come in too. She said they are so smooth, quick and easy to use. Overall 10/10.

Upon receiving this gift set the first thing you think is wow. The case is stunning and sturdy and when you open it up the colour of the hairdryer and straighteners themselves are amazing. I first used them when visiting my parents for the weekend, the case travelled well but it is quite big. To using the hairdryer and straighteners. I have thick, wavy at the back mid length hair. Drying it can take ages and it ends up frizzy. I wasn't too sure about the attachment nozzle for the hairdryer. It was slightly difficult to get in place and awkward to use however when I used the hairdryer with the attachment versus without it is definitely worth the practice of finding the best angle to blow-dry my hair with it. I have always had GHD straighteners and I can easily say that these are by far the best I've ever had. It's the first time having the hairdryer. After having GHD Air hairdryer and straighteners for about 8 years I thought I would upgrade to a newer version. The Platinum and Helios dryer and straighteners look good but they don't feel the quality of the original Air. There is no difference in the condition of my hair since using the new GHDs and I feel I have wasted ÂŁ368. The most disappointing feature is that the products are now manufactured in China as opposed to Italy, probably why the quality doesn't feel the same. Have I confidence that the new versions will last? No. I hope I am wrong but the quality is just not there. Sorry GHD.
