This is one of the best pre-workout powders I've tried. I will preface this by saying I only put about 4 oz of water. It tastes much better the more concentrated the mix. You have to shake it up very well so it isn't grainy, but if you like a watermelon candy kind of watermelon, this tastes amazing. It's not spot on to Warheads specifically, but it is definitely a sour candy kind of flavor. As far as performance, this wakes me up and pumps me up without an intense crash. I know these aren't the same products that I tagged but its of the same brand. These energy drinks are TRUE TO THEIR NAME!! I've never found an energy drink taste exactly like the name! Swedish Fish candy and Bubblicious Strawberry Splash! I found them at Krogers. And boy do they kick up the energy! There is also Sour Warheads, Blue Raspberry Sour Patch Kids and Fruit Punch Sour Patch Kids! Definitely try these!!

I actually had been using another BCAA from GNC but just felt like it wasn't doing what it said. I came across Ghost and gave it a shot after hearing some good thoughts when I asked the GNC employee what he thought. I have used the Sour Patch Watermelon flavor and the Swedish Fish flavor and I have to say that I have not considered using anything else ever since. I actually also purchase the Ghost Vegan protein powder and will review that also; this BCAA comes with 30 servings so you do get a full month's supply for $29.99 which is basically $1 per day and a great value. This price is pretty fair compared to other BCAA's I've seen out there for alot more. The directions are pretty simple- add one scoop to 8 to 10 ounces of water, shake, and drink during or after your workout. I particularly noticed the taste is pretty delicious, but insanely sweet. However, one serving only has 5 calories which is amazing. All I did to make it less sweet is start adding more water; I usually enjoy the flavor after adding about 16 ounces of water. I know it seems alot more than it says but it is literally so sweet I still can taste it with that much water. I like drinking mine while I am actively working out, especially during my cardio seshes. I typically do 45 minute cardio workouts than do strength training and ab workouts for about an hour. Sundays I like to belly dance because I don't go to the gym and I like to take it easy and let my body be relaxed but focus more on stretching and flexibility. This BCAA really does help with soreness, and once I have been doing the new workout for a few days, there isn't soreness at all. I have loved all the flavors I have tried and want to try another one, but I tend to stick to what I already know. 5 out of 5 for Ghost BCAA!

GHOST Legend is Currently My Fav Preworkout

I have used several preworkout options, and overall I like GHOST Legend the best. At a half dose, it has all the boost I need on running (4-7 miles) or lifting (30-60 mins) days without the overkill.The flavor is great; it dissolves easily; doesn't cause extreme tingle; subsides before bedtime.I would recommend GHOST Legend preworkout, and will definitely purchase again.

Good Flavor, Much too Sweet.

Honestly the flavor for the Sour Watermelon Warheads Pre Workout is great, however it’s really sweet. They do say to mix it into less water for a more sour flavor, but then you just get an overly concentrated and sweet pre workout. Although it makes it tart just like when you dry scoop a pre workout, I wish I didn’t have to make adjustments to the amounts of water a pre workout used to make it sour. If it was tart like a regular lemonade, that’d be great! But it’s simply just too sweet.

I have taken preworkouts since the dawn of time. So needless to say, I have tried probably about 60 different types. I wasn't impressed with Legend v1, but stumbled about v2 on a reviews website and was impressed by the profile. Not only is this properly dosed on everything (Citrulline, Nitrosigine, Beta Alanine, Tyrosine, Taurine, etc), it includes AstraGin and Senactiv which have awesome benefits and isn't included in a ton of other preworkouts. The latter 2 ingredients increase absorption, gut health and recovery.This preworkout provides very strong, but not raging, energy. It provides great focus with no crash. Overall, this preworkout is a 5 star preworkout. This works perfect since I do 5 days of lifting (2 scoops) and 1 day of jogging (1 scoop). So this lasts me 1 month.So why am I docking it 1 star? They really need to remove the coloring and Acesulfame Potassium from those flavors that include it. They offer NO benefits and Ace K is a neurotoxin that destroys gut health and increased brain fog. Right now I am relegated to the Welch's Grape and Peach flavors, which Peach is not offered at GNC right now. Once they remove those 2 from all the blends, I will rate 5 stars. I also wish this had Creatine HCl or Monohydrate. I add it in, so it's not a big deal, but would be nice if it was included.

Love this product, been using it for years

Great taste! I mix mine with another, raspberry-flavored product and they go great together. Very reliable energy from this product, I take 1 scoop before weightlifting and 2 scoops before hard cardio and it’s just the right amount of energy for me. I have to make sure I exercise after taking this or I’ll have way too much energy for other people to deal with me lol. The bubble-gum flavor tastes great as well.

Tastes just like it? For better or worse!

I love trying strawberry flavored products, and I love Ghost too, so I was really excited to try this flavor! It tastes just like Bubbalicious? a lot more than I thought it would. I was honestly just expecting to taste strawberry, but the bubblegum flavor is really strong. If that?s what you?re looking for, I think you might like this. Otherwise, maybe a different flavor would be better.Mixed very well, didn?t taste chalky like some powders can. Overall I think this is a good product, the flavor just wasn?t to my liking.
