It was possible by process of elimination to figure out what they were it just took a while.2. Packaging was amazing. Each piece was clearly labeled and the directions sufficient. I'm a 70 year old female and it took me about 3 hours to put it together. I'm not sure why all the complaints my guess is it's not being built properly. Love the depth and height. My only issue is the back upper center rib not being long enough but it's an easy fix.

Cut above cheaper chipboard jobs - the additional decor strips around the front edges make it look like a solid wood item and the finish is quite paint-like too. Very well packaged (super heavy box of course!), good clear instructions, with just a couple of minor mistakes and omissions. Parts all clearly bagged and labelled. Took a couple of non-stressful hours to assemble. Price is probably about right given the alround quality-level (you could for example buy cheaper and get instructions you can’t fathom, or missing parts- it’s not all about the end item with flat pack)

I absolutely love the color and the design. This book shelf got me so excited and I ended up buying 2 to fill up the space I have. The installation was quite long because a lot to follow through and double checking to make sure I was doing it properly. Everything went smooth because I was successfully setting up 2 of them. I gave some tips about how to level and making them sturdy. Hope that will help somebody out if they have uneven floor like mine. The compress wood is sturdy and solid. It will hold up for many years as long as I don’t taking them apart.
I purchased (2) of these at the same time. I was able to assemble the first without issue. But after putting together the other, I noticed the left door was crooked, stiff upon opening %26 the knob was in the wrong spot. I thought that maybe I attached the doors on the wrong side. After trying to switch them, I realized that wasn't the issue. It was actually manufactured poorly, incorrectly or I was sent awful %26 I'm disappointed. Another lesson in buying cheap products.
I'm always anxious about buying furniture because the boards may be damaged, missing etc during delivery and I hate having to return as it's a lot of work.1. This was well packaged - I bought two so I worried if one of them is damaged or item missing, it would be difficult to get a different one or another set that may not match. It was well packaged with no damage whatsoever.2. Good quality for price - IKEA ones are more expensive and you pay for delivery. But this one has good quality boards - no cheap feelings at all.3. Back boards - some come with just nails and pictures where to put nails. This one comes well marked where the nail should go and give us nailscrews instead which is better to manage. The board fits perfectly at the back.4. I love the color, it is exactly what I wanted. It took me about 3 hours alone to put together. I used my husbands power drill for the screws on the back. That he helped. It is on the cheaper side, as the “locking in screw/bolt” system doesn’t lock in on 2-3 important sections. That’s on the top holding to the bottom section. We have no little kids here to ever worry about , so I just kept going with the assembly. I got what I wanted, to keep stuff away from my dogs.
I would not recommend it unless and until you know for sure the manufacturer fix the design flaw of the bottom shelf (label #9). You will not be able to attach the bottom shelf to the Lower Right Side (#18) and Left Side panel (#17). The reason is that the location of the hole is much closer to the panel edge, compared to the top shelf, which fits fine with the those 2 side panels. The result is the Cam-bolt is too long to fit with the Cam-lock. Either you have to cut the Cam-bolt to make it shorter (but you may not be able to screw it in) or to drill a deeper hole for it (and you run the risk of making a hole on the side panel) to solve the problem. Either way, you will not be satisfied with the final product. I bought this cabinet because I feel that it can hold a lot of things. Although it is a bookcase, I think it can be uesed as a normal cabinet. Normally, my son's diapers alway put in the outer box, after I buy this cabinet, I can put all his diapers on the cabinet. The cabinet door underneath can also be used to put his clothes. It feels very convenient. I like this cabinet very much.
They’re not standard-sized. They’re tall, but narrow.We also thought there was an unreasonable amount of hardware in assembly. Screws, screws and more screws! It took over an hour to build, and we were using a power drill to make the process go faster.Durability is so, so. Four times the price of Walmart, but not even twice the size or quality.Meh…I do not expect this to last more than three years.
