Giantz 2.4MX1.8M Garage Shelving Warehouse Rack Pallet Racking Storage Steel Orange&Blue

Easy to put together, no doubt it will do the job to hold what we want to store but nowhere near as robust as other shelving systems we've used. I would prefer heavier duty racking but thought I would give this a go. Would most likely not purchase again unless budget was an issue.

The description of the product states "Industrial-strength steel construction". It doesn't mention the shelves are made from compressed cardboard. The description infers that it is all made from steel, not just the frame. Cheap rubbish

Shelves are god, not great. Build quality left to be desired, had to adjust several clips do they connected . They are sturdy and very stable. I will buy agsin

Poor assembly instructions. Shelving does not meet expectation. The connector plates for the 4 upright supports are flimsy. The MDF shelf does not properly within the shelf framework. Would not recommend this product..

Worst thing i have bought. Instructions vague and non existence. Frame flimsy and weak, shelving very thin. Joining pieces very hard to fit, lugs need adjusting. Not recommended.regret spending the money. Its back in its box and will stay there

guys the wooden/MDF shelves absolutely STINK. its been a few weeks now and my storage unit smells like rotten meat. Also the part which allows me to stack shelves was missing so using them like 2 half height shelves.

Great Shelves/Aramex are terrible

Quality can't be beaten at this price. Trialed number of different shelving units and so have direct comparisons in the shed and this holds its own against units 2 - 3 x the price. Just a shame you can't go and physically get these as I'd have a shed full by now!

Very fiddly assembly

Price for size is good value. Very fiddly assembly with ridiculously bad instructions. Clipping the long "legs" together was very difficult and the result is quite wonky. Not at all sure it won't buckle and collapse under load. Will only put light objects on the top 3 shelves. The plastic shoes fit ok on the feet. They will not fit at the top, with or without the shelving planks. The shelving planks do not fit INTO the frame. They remain raised up .

The enclosed instructions left a lot to be desired. The joins are flimsy. This is not 'industrial strength steel.' The 'butterflies' were often bent. Warranty is void AFTER it is assembled. There is no way the shelves would hold 800kgs on those flimsy legs (4 shelves, not putting anything on the 5th, holding the 200kg each promised by the ad) The clips didn't line up 70% of the time, needing a bit of bending of the 'industrial strength steel" to make it lock together. Handy to have at home - for food storage, blankets and the like. The colour is happy.
