Poor instructions and low quality product. Motor keeps cutting out and it vibrates so much that either the wheels keep falling off or it rolls away. Lots of YouTube videos with customers in the same situation.

Giantz pile of junk. If that's 4800psi I'll eat my hat. The fast throttle keeps vibrating to low throttle. Even when on high doesn't have the power. I have a full boar waterblaster which was the same price and it has much more power.

Great unit apart from no prior notation other than manual does it state that oil isn’t supplied with the unit. So before I could use had to make a run to buy some (rural location makes this more of a pain than it sounds) otherwise so far so good

Used this brand new pressure washer for 15 minutes and it hasn’t worked since.Very unhappy with this productAnd the process to try and get refund or replacement..::

One word - Brilliant

A nice tidy unit with a powerful water pressure. A great range of nozzles for all purposes. Easy to use and easy to start. Good service with a rapid delivery (all in one week). The length of hose is impressive. I Love it.

This product performs well but they just needs better quality control.

1.) Delivery time was excellent 2.) Pressure Cleaner works really well, once I got going 3.) I would have given this product 5 stars but unfortunately when this product came off the assembly line the fuel pipe was to short and dislodged it also had no clamps holding the piping in place which I find rather odd(Please see images below). Consequently I filled the tank with about 2 litres of fuel before realising it was leaking out I could not stop it as the outlet is underneath the petrol tank so I had to let the fuel spill onto the ground Painfully I had to take a trip to super cheap auto to get a new fuel pipe. All fixed now. 4.) The Cleaning lance leaks underneath the trigger handle I have tried to fasten the connection which has improved it but it still leaks, so ... More1.) This machine is awesome, starts first time, Really good pressue. Love the long hose and petrol engine, leave the unit in one position and clean up to 20 metres away. No tangling the hose with electrical leads. OK I've only used for 10 hrs so far but it really does a great job.

power cleaner with grunt

We put pressure cleaner together what grunt it as so powerful you need two hands to hold handle WOW! it cleaned our dirty concrete so easily, Would we recommend definitely the price was good for such a powerful cleaner. My wife likes to use the pressure cleaner and found it easy to use, concrete was really filthy now looking like new laid concrete. Delivery was fast so also pleased with that too

you could do better

Not convinced this is a 10hp engine its far to small more like a 5-6hp maybe. No way to measure working pressure but that seems like B/S too! and the thing has to be run at max rpm to have decent flow. after owning one of these for a few years I can tell you long term wise they don't hold up like a quality machine would. The plastic flywheel fan shattered on mine and overheated it causing the spark plug boot to melt and damage the spark plug top which is stuck in the plug lead. I now need to replace a fan and ignition coil to get it working again!
