Partly my fault in that I didn't look at the pictures and description properly and saw the picture of the box and presumed that the ceramic pot would be included - It wasn't. So inside that box was a few coconut husk disks and some husk containers to grow them in, a few small lolly sticks, a few tiny packets of seeds and an instruction leaflet that wasn't specific to growing bonsai trees - Just seeds in general. The outside of the box was nice enough but the contents had been thrown in willy nilly, there was husk everywhere, which had leaked into the packaging Very used. Purchased the kit a few days ago and being pestered to write up a review. I gave it a 1 star because I've had a bad experience being chased for reviews rather than allowing organic ones.If a customer wants to leave a review they will do it on their own

Perfect present at the perfect price. Normally these go for silly money and it will be fun for my dad to enjoy planting and watching it grow. Thank you prezzy box I’ll definitely be back

After placing my order for this item plus others I then did not receive an email advising that my order has been dispatched. I subsequently queried this and was then advised my order had not been processed due to an admin issue. At that point I was advised that the Bonsai Tree was not in stock - but the rest of my order would be dispatched and sent by next day delivery. That happened - sort of. When the order arrived it transpired that another item in my order had not been in stock so had been removed from my order. Some questions:-- Why was I able to order the Bonsai Tree when it was not in stock?- Why was I able to order the other item when it was not in stock?- Why was I not advised that the other item had been removed from my order when I queried why I had ... MoreAfter placing my order for this item plus others I then did not receive an email advising that my order has been dispatched. My name is Sam and I ordered a present on the 23rd Oct, for my Mum's birthday. Why, when I have paid extra for next day delivery, has my gift arrived late 26th? I thought that especially as you are a company who specialises in gifts, it would arrive on time. Isn't that the whole point? Very disappointed.

When I first placed an order for this product I was unsure what I was expecting but on receiving the item - I was thoroughly suprised.The item was beautifully packaged and contained the necessary tools (all lovely looking) to grow the bonsai tree(s).The gift was for my brother and he was extremely excited.
Actually I was not impressed, I emailed you with pictures of the outer packaging and the present itself being squashed and on very poor condition but have not had a reply back from anyone. This was supposed to be a gift but because it was damage d I had to purchase something else to replace this.
