Beast of a monitor for a beast machine

I was seeing new details in movies that being on 720p to 1080p now were atleast 2K quality (and some that were 4K still looked really good compressing down). I mean seeing people SWEAT! LIKE HOLY HELL!The curve does take a bit to get used to. My eyes no longer cause a weird bevel when I look at my flat screens I still have (or work laptops). Sound is meh, but I have nice speakers for sound anyways. You can control some of the settings hooking up a special USB cable to your PC, letting you change as you need to. I never use it, but you might like a feature like that. My only real gripe is the button to power it off is behind it, and kinda have to reach behind to press it, then wait for the pop up menu to come on the screen to turn it off. I don't remember seeing anything about a remote for it, which would be nice (for not having to reach behind it to turn it off). The height adjusting of the base is very nice. Just on where I have it on my desk, my eye height and all that, it works well, and its pretty much like 3-4" off my desk. It can go almost a foot more if I needed it. Also has option for desk or wall mounts. It's a great price. Nice big monitor, great for gaming. Seriously, Cyberpunk looks AMAZING on this monitor. Hell any game looks good on this monitor. My ONLY gripe literally, is that the power button is in the back of the screens, and not maybe on the bottom of the panels. Other than that, the resolution is great, and the color gamut for photo editing is really good. It did take my eyes a day or 2 to get used to the 1500 curve in them, but that went away. Dead Pixel - Smeary Blacks but Worked with G-Sync
29 January 2021

Mine came with a dead pixel. Thankfully I'm within my window to return it to Best Buy (that's why I buy from them). Sadly, I found the blacks to be smeary (common with this VA panel; not specific to this Gigabyte model), and the pixels seem more visible than I've found them to be on other monitors with similar pixel density (or even lower pixel density). Maybe I've just been spoiled by IPS displays. This VA panel is definitely a value, which is good and bad.I do enjoy the 32" size, and the curve is nice once you get used to it. 1440p at this size is a totally acceptable pixel density for me. The OSD is easy to navigate, but even easier to use the software.I haven't yet decided if I'll replace this monitor with the same model when I return it for the dead pixel. I may need to spend more for an IPS display.

Excellent Fast IPS Display
4 May 2021

I have been looking for a good gaming monitor for some time now, to replace my aging AOC 144Hz TN panel. I've been avoiding OLED (my previous LG TV had some burn-in) and VA panels (due to black level smearing), and these new Fast IPS panels seemed like a good compromise between pixel response time and image quality. In that regard, this panel exceeds my expectations. The motion clarity this monitor provides is absolutely amazing. If you have the hardware to keep both the resolution and frame rates high, this monitor does not disappoint. Almost by every metric, this panel is better than a TN, and the pixel response times seem quite comparable, which is crazy considering this is an IPS-type screen. I would state that the issues I've had with this monitor are mostly minor or don't necessarily impede my use. It would have been nice to be able to use the software OSD, but the OSD functions built into the monitor work just fine. And since I mostly run or try to run my games at >90Hz, I don't have to worry too much about playing with the overdrive settings. I just keep it on the balanced preset, which is more than sufficient. The monitor also lets you save up to 3 presets, if you plan on switching content or inputs that may require OSD tweaking. I also bought this monitor knowing the HDR would be inadequate-- which is fine. I didn't really buy it for that purpose, and considering the price, I wouldn't expect a high level of HDR fidelity. For pure high-refresh gaming, this is the best monitor I've owned yet.

Great colours and responsiveness
2 July 2022

My experience with the AORUS FI32Q has been great as it performs really well for both Gaming and content creation. Therefore it really is the perfect monitor for me due to its great colours, contrast, viewing angles, low motion blur, and high refresh rate. The stand is also very flexible and easy to adjust quickly. To my eyes, the colours were much better calibrated and more pleasing than the M32Q which I had. The size and good viewing angles are also good for watching and playing games alongside another viewer/player. Overall I am very happy with this product.

Great monitor to buy in the sale!
3 June 2022

This monitor makes my gaming setup! The build quality and panel is great! Display works with USB-C for 240Hz if you dont have a display port like my laptop! Only slight downside is when wall mounting due to the angoe of the moniotr back meant i uad to get 24mm bolts to secure the top part of my mount! The invluded desk mount is a good option however not needed in my case. Overall super happy with the monitor! Bought on saoe though as better alternatives for pess money if not in sale!

I was also looking for a DAC at the time this was on preorder, read about their hifi audio and finally got the sign of the computer spirits to throw Aorus my money. I was worried 32 inch was going to be too big of a change, but once it was setup and I went through my usual FPS games (cs:go, valorant, warzone and overwatch) and also some cyberpunk all at 1440p and all my buyer regrets went out the window! I used to bounce around 3 different displays to get my desired satisfaction depending on the game. Played cyberpunk on my 4k 65inch tv at 1440p so I can appreciate Night City and still be playable (45-60 fps)My 25x for COD warzone/zombies to have a good mix of screen size and 144hz refresh. Then a portable 13" monitor for that 165hz and quick response. Usually for cs:go and valorant as I feel as my shots register better on it. (Originally bought it for my ps4 and realized it was great at fps games)This monitor is the happy medium of all those displays and then some!Loved the feel of playing my fps at higher res plus still maintaining decent fps. Overwatch was not maxing out the 170 as I was on epic, but valorant and cs:go got a nice uplift graphics wise at 1440p while not sacrificing responsiveness. I tested out the aim stabilizer function and I'm no professional reviewer, but it seem to help a little although you will have to sacrifice a little brightness to achieve that. Colors look great almost as nice as my 4k tv and wayyyy better than the 25x and portable monitor. (Side note: colors looks pretty decent given it's just a portable monitor)And to top it off I just bought a 990 pro with a DAC and the monitor's hifi audio works just as good, possibly even better if I tinker with it a bit more. But I'm so satisfied with it i may even return the DAC as I plan to only use it with my computer and this monitors audio is good enough for my taste. And yes theres RGB on the stand and back of the monitor. That maybe a dealbreaker for some, but it isnt too bright and doesnt bother me much other than its a pain to get RGB 2.0 to recognize it and sync with my mother board. (Havent got it to work correctly yet, but it doesnt bother me all that much)Is it worth it for the price? That's up in the air. Is it a great monitor with plenty of bells and whistles? YES! And I'm not looking back! Game on gamers!

VERY IMPRESSED
30 June 2022

I work with high-end monitors for DCC at work all the time, so image quality is right at the top of my list. It's hard to find a large (32") monitor that ticks enough boxes for both work (especially image-creation work, where colour accuracy is important) and gaming (hey, we're in work-from-home times... sometimes you have to blow off some steam and play some games!) where refresh rate and input lag are really important. It's also hard to find a 1440p monitor alongside those requirements - usually you have to go to 4k - but modest GPUs like my 2060 can't push 4k. It just makes sense. It's a gaming monitor yes, but it also doubles as a solid and not-too-flashy-looking work monitor. Build quality is great, it comes out of standby really quickly. Price is reasonable too. What's not to like?

if you find a good price, don't hesitate to buy
20 January 2023

Had this monitor for a few weeks only, can't evaluate how long it will last which is an important factor also. If you are a competitive gamer, or need serious HDR capability or similar, maybe you can find a better one, do your research. For anyone else, if you find a good deal on this one, don't hesitate, it is very good. Be prepared to calibrate it, although factory colors are decent, depends on taste of saturation. Non gamers may want to compare to the M32Q model also, do you really want to pay for LED on the back panel and noise cancellation? The box I received, I had a strong feeling that it was opened before me, but I did not see signs of use or damage on the product.
