Excellent!

After being selected for NewEgg Shuffle, the card arrived promptly at my house. GPU was well packed and arrived undamaged. The GPU is very well made with metal back plate support. The fans are surprisingly quiet, even under load. The RGB seems to be limited to Gigabyte logo. The card performs well for what I need it for. I do some gaming, telework and office work. I run dual monitor setup 34 (max 100 Hz) and 27 gaming monitor (max 165 Hz). The card is great if you can get it.

Good but not worth the retail price

When I purchased this card from Best Buy it costed $600 before tax so I am writing this review based off of that price.The build quality is great and it looks great. It’s slimmer than most triple fan cards and not too big. It has one RGB accent on the gigabyte logo which is not diffused that well and does not transition smoothly. It looks great in a black, white, or grey build and fits with most colors.I appreciate that it has a dual bios; OC and quiet. The performance is what you would expect from a 3060 ti. I don’t think purchasing an OC variant of a 3000 series Nvidia card is worth it because there are not much gains compared to the price. Performance is great and will serve you well with 1080p high refresh rate and 1440 60 fps gaming. The fan noise was about as loud as my old low end rx 580 I had which was really disappointing. If you wear headphones mostly this is not an issue. The tone of the fan noise is also not good and not smooth. The temps were nothing to be concerned about but they were higher than other three fan cards I had. If this card was cheaper than $600, closer to the $400-500 I would feel a lot better about this card but considering the price, it is not worth it. $600 would get you an rtx 3070 ti founders edition which I would much rather buy if you had the opportunity. The price this particular card goes for is not far off from what you could get it from a scalped price locally.If you are buying a 3060 ti from a retailer I would suggest just getting the founders edition which costs $400 if you can find it. Great GPU for the price!

I love this card, and I highly recommend it.PROS:This card is a great value, especially for the Micro Center price, where it's a fraction of the cost you'd pay elsewhere.The thermals are excellent. Runs cool. The three fans, abundant heat sinks and open ventilation are really doing their job.The performance doesn't disappoint. I'm not big on GPU overclocking, but I've tested it a bit and this thing seems to handle it well. Thermals take a hit, of course, but you can probably turn this into a 3080 if you can manage the heat.The size is another feature I appreciate. It's obviously bigger than 2-fan GPUs, but it's a reasonable size compared to some of the beefier aftermarket cards - especially vs 3070/3080/3090. I was previously using a DVI cable to get 1080p at 144hz, and my monitor's HDMI slot doesn't support 144hz...so with this card I'll need to get a new monitor with a display port so I can take advantage of all it has to offer. Oh well, I guess I'll use the $$$ I saved on this card to upgrade my monitor!CONCLUSION: If you're able to get your hands on this card, don't hesitate. It's a great value, and you won't be disappointed. I grabbed this card, because it was the only thing I could get my hands on, and I'm honestly happy nothing else was available.

Great Video Card for price

Even though I didn't need one for an animation PC, oddly, I wanted one for my more graphically demanding pc games and one that would last me years before I needed to replace anything. I figured that this would be a good pick. Overall it is nice, very easy to install and would definitely purchase it again (if I was building another pc soon) or recommend it to someone building their own pc. However, it didn't have very clear installation instructions for beginners. I didn't know that I was suppose to plug in VGA cables into both ports (which was the whole reason why my pc wasn't showing up on my monitor) and only figured it out from the pictures at the bottom. Could have made those instructions more clear. Other than that it has been a great Video Card so far.

Great product!

I would recommend this for just about anyone willing to invest in something a bit more powerful for just their daily needs, gaming, and other pertinent uses one could give to it as a developer. As soon as it came, it went immediately into my machine. After a bit of playing with the cable management, it works wonders and was able to update it immediately. If I had the chance of buying it again, I wouldn't, honestly. This card should be enough to last me a good amount of years before it could grow obsolete. It's just great overall, at least in the opinion of someone who was almost always on office type computers, integrated graphics, low end and not ideal for most game setups.

Run well enough just to pass return windows

I was very excited when I got this item in early December 2021. I installed it on my PC and started to use right away. I bought this as an upgrade to my 1060 so that I can play newer games smoothly. And I did enjoy it until late January: one morning a loud fan noise woke me up, and after investigation I realized it was coming from inside my Desktop. The noise is so loud that I can't even take a phone call when my PC is powered up, and of course the GPU is useless since it crashes during game play or regular use. I reverted back to my 1060 in hope to figure out what to do this outrageous investment. Everyday I see it on my counter It reminds me of the terrible mistake i made not signing up for waiting list. Runs cool, OCs well, and is a great card

Picked this card up luckily by queueing early. To be honest, this was not the first model I was looking for, however reading cursory reviews showed that it was a good card. I upgraded from a Zotac 1070ti mini, and overall, it runs cooler and is quieter even when overclocked compared to the 1070ti.I haven’t gone too in depth in tuning the overclock, but I was able to add 180 to the core clock, and 1000 to memory using MSI afterburner, and was able to have a stable 2135 MHz when running benchmarks. The temps stay between 65-70C in a airflow case. I use a 1440p 165hz monitor, and I am able to play at a constant high frame rate.If you are able to get your hands on any card, especially due to current supply, then I say get any card available. The best price to performance card

This is the best price to performance card ( research that fact ). GIGABYTE is a great company and their do honor their warranty, and that is very important. Will definitely play any modern game in 1080p at high or ultra settings. 3 fan is overkill cooling so heat is no issue. A RTX 3060 Ti also have ray tracing ( adds visual beauty ) and DLSS ( which boosts fps significantly ) This is a must buy, and prices have dropped a lot.
