I would not bounce against vehicle like video. Great to throw OUTSIDE against a brick/concrete wall and do some thinking. I keep in the car when traveling.

My son requested this training ball after borrowing one from a friend. He said a great way to work on ball handling without another person. Bonus it looks like an egg so we gifted it to him in his Easter basket!

The kiddos coach informed us about the rebound ball and it's sale... He loves it!!! Every morning he goes out and bounces it against the wall to practice!! My prop will hopefully be all healed up and ready to go come rugby season!!! Thank you
Great piece of kit to use. I regularly used this ball during training sessions when playing professional rugby. Great for second row and back row forward to practice lineout catch and delivery work. Also ideal for half backs to practice during isolation when passing against the wall.
Love this rebounder! Helps keep me up to speed when there is nobody around to play catch!
Awaiting my mending to use this rebounder to regain swinging motion and motor skills for torn tendon repair.Seems to be great to use at my own pace working way back to full strength hopefully
Quality good but cousrimrr service bad
Helps develop passing - allows to get lots of reps in a short amount of time without running and allows to train alone. Weighted and feels like a full size ball. I usually have my hands a little bit forward on a full size ball, obviously this is half a ball - needed to re position hands. Ball works very well against a perfectly-flat wall bounces back from where it was passed from easy to get 20-30 reps without a break, however against a textured brick or wall with features such as bumps or brick edges, ball still works but by far less useful bounces back erratically - making training 3-5 reps before a crazy bounce having to chase it. Would Highly Recommend as training tool!
Forces correct form, but nothing substantial. Good for muscle memory and pass training with a coach
