Quality was better than expected, as this is one of the cheaper t-shirts that you can order. The size was perfect for what was ordered and fit great. The cut on the sleeves are

The print quality is great but the website is a bit misleading and hard to work with in the sense that a lot of things happened that I wasn't informed of. On the customize page,
it asks you to select your colors. I uploaded an image with 2 colors on it and I just assumed I had to select the colors from your list based on what inks you had to replace the
blue and white from my image. When I went to get a test shirt printed, I wasn't told until after I had the shirt sent that it was done direct to print vs screen printed. There needs

I recommend informing your customers of the best ways to care for it, as I've had DTG printed t-shirts before and overtime if you overwear it and wash it, it may start cracking. An acceptable compromise if you aren't overpricing them and understand nothing lasts forever (at least not yet it doesn't).

I didn't know it defaulted to that if I uploaded my own image with gradients. I also wish that when you send a proof of the shirt, my image would have been shown on a digital shirt so I know where the image placement and size will be finalized.Then upon checkout after approving my design, my total was around $410 which was perfect for the number of shirts. I then got told later that my shirts had to be direct to print due to gradients which would be $260 more. I was never told until submitting my art that they specifically had to be dtp and that the cost would go up. So i had to re-design and flatten my colors to get it screen printed instead to keep the $410 cost. I feel like this issue could have been avoided had the design page been a bit more specific about differences in pricing between both print types and just had 2 different design pages based on print type, because you guys just sort of auto-picked it for me and I didn't even know until the test shirt arrived and when I tried checking out at the lower cost.I will still be using you guys for the future but a layout and more informative set of design pages would have stopped this from being a 3 week process of emailing back and forth through confusion.

Love the quality of the shirt. Am very disappointed in the placement of the logo on the front of the shirt. It should be lower and more towards the center of the shirt, like where a pocket would go. The logo is in my armpit and is scrunched. Real bummer. This was discussed and sent for approval. The final draft does not replicate itself on the t-shirt. Also thought they were silk screened. Not an iron-on that is eventually going to crack and peel off. Very poor material used for the logo.I paid good money for something I’m not very happy with. Will definitely seek out other vendors when looking for shirts again. Will be hard to refer you guys, but will definitely let everyone know that the quality of the shirt is great! I ordered 2 sleeveless shirts of my favorite band, and I couldn't be more amped over how they came out.The ordering process was smooth and allowed me to upload my own designs. After I placed the order they reached out to me to show me how the designer had modified the images so that they would blend seamlessly into the color shirt I had chosen, and how it would fit on the shirt.I actually got the shirts several weeks ago and I've been wearing them a lot. Every time I do I have the thought that I should email them to let them know how good of a job the designer did, but I procrastinate and forget things with incredible efficiency. Needless to say, I'm wearing one now, and was admiring it and here I am.Not uploading a Pic bc I'm dealing with a stomach bug and I ... Ok let my start by saying 5 star to customer service Mrs. Catherine was awesome with solving my issue. She responded back very quickly if she was unaware of something she found out for me. Now about the transfer I recently bought oh my I was so excited about the next day turn around and no set up fee let me tell you. I pressed my prints the same day I received them and they peeled like butter. Awesome colors I pressed my image on a pink and a black hoodie the pink hoodie came out beautifully the black hoodie came out great but a slight change in the color but still beautiful.Jiffy offers on white DTF powered at this time. I will be ordering more DTF prints. You can and can't always go by the reviews Please try them for yourself. Thank Jiffy for offering this new ...
