These are well made and mostly well designed as you would expect from a giant brand in marine clothing. However, I needed a 4XL to get around my middle aged executive paunch and this is where is goes abit wonky. The fit is perfect around the middle, but my word - the height! Stood up straight, the bum region of these salopettes is at my chest height. I'm 5ft 11"! I'm not short. These would fit - and I'm NOT kidding - a 7 foot + tall individual. WHY do manufacturers scale the height with girth? If I was remotely tall enough to fit into these, I'd be way too slim for them. If I was tall enough and fat enough, I'd weigh at least 50 stone.
