I didn't have many expectations before using this product. I expected something like previous Gillette 3 blade razors I used. I am happy to have been wrong. The most unique and enhancing part was the aqua-grip handle; a gel-like substance coating the entire handle, that felt almost rubbery. So I wanted to wait to bzzz until I had the opportunity to shave with it a few times to give the best review I could.The razor feels like a disposable razor when you first pick it up, very light, not much to it. However, the blades hold up well and after 4 shaves they seem to be doing just fine. I actually like the fact that since the blades are high quality that the razor is light in weight. I have other razors that feel so heavy now. I have used the razor both in the shower and out of the shower, since I shave both ways depending on the day. Tried out the Gillette3 Men's Razor for about a month now. For the first week I used it to shave every day, then grew a nice beard and used it to shave off the beard, then used it again every day for a week. When I first used the razor, I noticed it was slightly lighter than most non-disposable razors but heavier than a disposable. The gel grip is very comfortable in the hand. When shaving every day initially the razor preformed similar to other 3 bladed razors, it did not glide down my face as smooth as a 5 blade but also did not snag or nick on my face either. It rinsed clean every time and left me with a smooth shave. When shaving off the beard, the blades are spaced apart far enough it does not clog like a 5 blade does which is a big bonus. I did use it with only a days worth of fuzz and worked really well.Ease of Use 5/5Replacing the head's was very easy. unlike a couple of other razors I have tried and I have to fight The handle's release mechanism or they simply just won't give up the blades forcing me to throw the whole thing away. The grippy blue handle also was a nice addition as I did not feel like I was going to either drop it or have it twist about in my hand. I also feel like this razor would be easy to use in the shower for this reason.Overall 4.1/5I would say this razor is great for the every day shaver, especially one who shaves in the shower as the grip is the real draw here. Also it would make for a good travel shaver as its pretty small and compact unlike a lot of other razors out there.

I have been using one of the mail order razors for about 2 years now and they have been OK with average results. I opened the packaging for this and although it looks pretty cool it feels cheap in your hand. I like to have a razor that you can feel, that;s sturdy. This is way too light for me. Some people may prefer it's light feel, but it's not for me. The grip was fine, with little chance of it slipping when using. The shave was smooth and the results good. The quality of the blades seem to be OK, no sign of the blade giving up yet after 6 shaves so that's a plus.
