Of the rest is fantastic,besides that does not matter much since I do not think any girl will shavewithout some lotion or at least a soapy solution!

I really like this basic razor. No extra fancy extra things on it but it’s really works and I have been using it since my teenage years. Now my daughters are using it. Still love this type more then others from Gillette

The best blades I've ever used. They shave in no time, just one pass is enough to remove every hair, without irritating and cutting. I find the protection of the blades very hygienic, also facilitating transport in case of travel. Advise!

Love this razor. Excellent coverage and very smooth shave which is exactly what I was looking for. It also has replacement razors which saves on the disposal of the entire razor which is good for the environment which is also a big plus.

A great handle for grip and control, moisturizing blades for a clean, smooth cut and a flexiball to aid in getting all areas just sounds like a bonus! The Gillette Venus Swirl meets all of these requirements. The handle is made of hard sturdy plastic and easy to grip. The cartridges have a nice moisture guard that aids in a smooth shave. It wasn’t something I looked forward to, but it was worth keeping for the emergency times. Also, I didn’t know any better then, until I had used and thrown so many of them that I decided to get a non-disposable one. It was only after buying the Venus razor that I realised what I was depriving myself of. The disposable razor now came across as a very obviously rough, inefficient, unsafe and tedious counterpart. Easily disposable indeed. I have since used the Venus razor almost regularly, on dry skin (not even damp), on wet skin, on soaped skin, and the proper way, with some shaving cream on it. The efficacy of the shaving is unchanged. However, with shaving on a soaped skin, my skin did get dry and itchy, albeit smooth and sexy.My Directions:With the Venus razor, shaving is a breeze. Just put the razor on your leg, it will angulate itself. Then draw it towards you with a not-so-hard hand. You will not even realise when it happens but you would end up with a patch of smooth skin. No tugging, no nicks. So on and so forth you go around your leg. There would be no missed hair. No double takes required.After you’re done, rub your hand over your leg, especially in the direction opposite to your hair growth. If you had exfoliated before your shave, and don’t have any bumps from ingrown hair, etc., I promise you will not feel anything. It is as close a shave as can be. I was surprised by how smooth my skin felt after my first use. There was no way to tell I had shaved and not waxed.This product is a keeper. Venus was one of the first old school commercial women’s brands out there has been super good through the years. But it tends to get a bit rusty and dull after a few showers it’s very expensive to replace as well as a pain to shop for since every drug store usually locks the replacement cartridges up. I much prefer my Billie subscription service that’s much cheaper more environmentally friendly.

Okay I won’t lie but I’m a wax addicted person meaning I used to avoid removing my body and bikini hairs using razor. But my best friend recommended me the Venus Gillette razor specially based on women needs. My skin did not got black at all after removing with it. The blades are sharp and effective to remove hairs as well as it has holding panel which is too handy of razor. This razor has smooth gel rubber strips across blades which prevents skins from unnecessary scratches/cuts.

Gillette Mach 3 blades

Great sharp smooth blades that do not pull your hairs out. Aloe strip makes for a soothing touch passing by skin as it cuts through the hairs.Unfortunately I have lots of really thick hair which blunts the blades quickly. I do not get 60 cuts out of a 4 pack of blades more like 16 cuts from the 4 pack. Sorry that’s my only down side plus blades are expensive.

Memories. I used Gillette Mach3 when 1st sold ages ago, a replacement for my Military Safety Razor. With a tighter younger face, I was so impressed I continued enjoying a first class shave daily for eons, never an issue or cut.Lost my Mach 3 years ago & using all sorts since suffering with my aging changing face & cuts nearly daily.I tried Gillette Mach style disposables, but would rather grow a beard as I had done over last 3 years than suffer nicks & poor performance.Now given a sweet Mach 3 again, it was 99% as good as day one many years ago. Smooth, clean & after 10 daily shaves on the same blade, no nicks or cuts, it feels comfortable but I must allow a drop of 10% for the aged skin tightness.
