My husband has used Gillette Mach 3 for many years now so he was pleased to be selected for this trial.He gets a good clean shave and minimal razor burn which is great as he has very sensitive skin.He shaves every day and normally gets 5-6 shaves out of each blade. He was interested to see that packaging stated you can get up to 10 shaves out of the new style blades.He has used everyday and is up to day 5 and the blue strip is still intact so he is confident that he will be still getting a good performance from the same blade for the next few days. Does the job but is not as comfortable as others. Sometimes cut or left a skin irritation. It is easy to use. Definitely could use something to help the skin irritation. Would not buy again

I have been using Gillette branded razors for a long time, and my husband also uses Gillette, so we're familiar with the brand, though my husband's razor has seen better days, it was great to get a new one for him. This gives a good close shave, with a clean appearance. The only issue he had found is that where he had a cleft chin, it's always been hard to find a razor blade that gets into the cleft. This results in him going over the same spot several times, and the Gillette was no exception to this. However it didn't damage, cut or pull the skin, making it a bonus.

The Gillette Mach 3 razor is a great product, providing excellent results. With the well designed handle, this razor is comfortable to use and results in much less incidents in comparison to those when using disposable razors. Having the option to purchase new separate blades in different sized packs, without being required to replace the entire device, is always a good feature as well. I recommend this product to any individual, but especially those who shave often and are looking for reusable razor with blades that can last longer.
Great easy to use handle.Aloe strip provides a soothing touch as the blades cut through the hair along the skin. Having lots of thick hair unfortunately means blades do not stay sharp for long. Blades are tad expensive.
I have been using the Mach 3 for years and never has it failed to please me. Always the best and clean shave, protects my sensitive skins from unwanted cuts and breaks. Lasts for a very LONG time. Thank you Gillette!!!
I love the Gilette Mach 3. I have always used this since it first came out years ago, and thought i'd try it again to see if there was any difference in newer ones or not. I prefer men's razors as they give a closer shave without shredding the skin and this Mach 3 definitely lives up to it. It is easy to usebut sturdy and all i have to do is replace the blades. I shave my legs at least once a week and my armpits every other day so it gets used a lot and the blade normally lasts me easily a month, sometimes longer. I would recommend the Mach 3 to anyone who wants an effortless shave with great results. Why pay silly money for women specific products when the Mach 3 just a better job in my opinion. The Mach3 is a solid, middle of the range product. It is a step up from disposable blades, but there other more premium options available (albeit more expensive). The blades last several shaves if looked after.
My husband regularly uses Gillette Mach3 and so was keen to try the sample with new blades. He was really impressed. The handling of the razor was comfortable and durable, moving across his face, chin and jaw with remarkable closeness. What was even more impressive was that closeness being achieved without any razor-burn or redness. After shaving, his complexion was smooth, shining and healthy looking. Well done Gillette! My husband will continue to use Mach 3 and would recommend them to anyone.
The Gillette Mach3 Razor is the only razor that my husband will use. He has the metal handled one that you can replace the heads on. It fits comfortably in the hand and gives a nice close clean shave without cuts or nicks. The blades last well but after about 5 months the black rubber on the handle starts to go tacky. Not sure if the shaving gel contributes to this though. My husband just will not use any other razor as he says its just not worth the mess other razors cause. He has to hide it from our daughter so she can not use it on her legs.
