I requested designer optics to do and exchange and a week and a half later the new pair (shipping from UK) arrived Which means the exchange was probably done in a say 2 days!!!!I was so happy, so satisfied, so.. overwhelmed! The quality of the product is exact. I've tried it at a store and ordered on EzContacts site. The product I received is the same quality. The lens customization is also perfect to my prescription. Good buy overall for the price point.

Quality of lenses are great and boxing of items was great!
Zero complaints. Glasses and lenses arrived 100% as described and ordered. Would have given 5 stars if it were not for the shipping delay. There was a distribution problem from the source as my frames were not in stock and shipped from overseas. Not a problem but the communication prior to me calling to inquire was lacking, however once I touched base via phone it was sorted out and I was offered to change order to an in stock frame or wait for delivery of original purchase. I waited and everything was delivered as promised.
These frames are stylish and, more importantly, lightweight. I ordered the gray with gray transition lenses. Super comfortable. Super cute. I'm not sure I'll keep them as I ordered progressives, my first pair, and am finding the transition to progressives not fun or pleasant.
Exactly what I needed, without paying $300.00 plus, at the local store. Shipped in original Armani box, and Armani case. Also came with microfiber bag for extra protection. Very happy with this purchase!
I was concerned about ordering online, however the pair of glasses fit well on receipt. The price was very competitive as local establishments were charging a much higher price. It was odd that the Rx sunglasses were sent a couple of weeks after glasses.
