As I accidentally ordered in the wrong size I take full accountability for the repercussions of not being offered the opportunity of a refund, but I do suggest that when someone is only in need of one specific product, it does seem rather unfair that the only resolve offered is a store credit, ultimately helping you sell more so is great for you, but not for a struggling, I'll single mother of two on a pension. Absolute rubbish mattress. The springs can still be felt. The mattress itself is about 16 cm with thin padding doesn't even measure to 24cms. Wouldn't bother with this one.

Love this mattress, at first I could feel the springs too much as they are bonnel and not pocket springs, however as the bed expanded over the few days after unpacking it was fine. Awesome value for money and great for a spare room, I bought a mattress topper and it feels luxury so I am now using it for my main room. Thank you

Surprisingly it came in as a rolled up mattress. Once it was pulled out from the plastic cover, it was a full size bouncy, comfortable, pretty, single sized mattress. I am happily recommending it. It went well with this day bed as a top mattress.

Didnt expect it to come rolled up in a box - goes to the composition and lack of support of the mattress.

This mattress was disappointingly thin and bouncy. Feels like jelly to sit on and not enough support - you hit the bottom quickly. I bought it for use by children. It will do for the short term but I will have to replace it with something more robust - this time from a shop where I can test the product first.

Dont waste your money

I cant say iv ever purchased a cheap mattress (Nothing under $1100 and thats on sale) but I bought 2 of these for friends and kids when they sleep over which is seldom. Pressing down by hand you can feel each individual spring. Laying on them makes an awful creeping spring sound and they offer no support and you can actually feel the springs against your body. They seem to be multi zoned somewhat but the zones are in the wrong position. Quality of top layer material is nice but the the sides and stitching is that of a Chinese sweat shop and they smell like it too. As others have mentioned they came well packed and upon opening they have slight grease marks/stains on them.

Epic disappointment

Disgusted by Myer's returns policy. Be warned, if you buy this product, which comes shrink wrapped and compressed and does not look like the photo, and you do not unpack it and call them immediately on arrival to express your dismay at the quality of the product and ask for a refund and offer to return it straight away, Myer will tell you that your request is invalid and considered "change of mind". Well, I did not change my mind because I thought I'd bought a real mattress for my elderly father during lockdown, not a compressed piece of rubbish. Myer has gone downhill. Can't be trusted to do the right thing. Will never buy from Myer again.

Extremely disappointed, flimsy, average quality and regret buying

I purchased the bed and mattress from one supplier (Kogan) so that it arrived together as it is a pain waiting at home for days. I could not track the delivery from Kogan other than to see it had been collected which was unbelievably frustrating. In the end, the mattress arrived 6 DAYS before the bed which meant I literally couldn't go anywhere for a week whilst I waited each day to see if the delivery was finally coming each day.The quality was also VERY ordinary. It looked great in the clearly enhanced/ touched up photo but the bedhead is so thin and flimsy. The image made it look very appealing but after the 2 1/2 hour assembly, it is very cheap looking. Not actually firm

When you sit down on a mattress and it fully compresses under your weight, it feels neither 'firm' or quality. The unfortunate nature of buying something like this online is you depend on the description to set expectation. If as a normal weight adult, if you sit gently on the side where the edge of the mattress is in the middle of your thighs - you bottom out. You hit the bed boards. This to me is not my experience with firm/quality mattresses. A return is possible but you have to pay for return post yourself and a restocking fee - after that it makes it pretty pointless. So we feel stuck with a mattress that isn't what was sold us and that we'll likely replace. Not the biggest loss but it really could be better. Poor quality

Bought 2 of these mattresses in a box. Although setup was easy, I am not impressed by the quality. I have bought a box mattress from another company and these do not compare. There is a padded top but they are very bouncy with what feels like very little substance other than springs covered by thin material. If they weren't for my children I would have to replace them because an adult weight causes creaking and dipping whenever you roll over. It's true that you get what you pay for but a foam mattress is better than this junk!
