The best doona, period.Not only is it so fluffy it’s incredibly warm, it sits so nicely on top of your bed it makes it look like a cloudCurrently in the middle of winter it reaches as low as 10 degrees in my room and with no heaters on sleeping under this blanket there are some nights I SWEAT! I can sleep in little clothing and still be extremely warm underneath it no need for additional electric heating driving your bills upJust get it! If you are someone who is easily cold like me you will not be disappointed

Firstly l have to say the service was swift and efficient. At my door arrived a large light box. Opened it up & there was my doona,straight into the doona cover and on the bed, l was looking forward to bed that night, My goodness it was heavenly, light, snuggly & very warm. I had recently moved from Queensland to Melbourne so there was a clear change in the weather. If you want to stay warm this winter, this is the doona l would have. As long as people know this is a FEATHER quilt with a bit of down, and not the other way around I am happy to recommend this product. I am very very happy with it. For the price the quality is excellent. The fill is good, it is quite weighty (which I like) and I'm very happy after a week or two of sleeping under it. I sleep cold and always have my electric blanket on at least one, and with this quilt I've had to throw it off a couple of times. It looks like its picture on a Queen size bed and the sides come down about 1 square(pocket) each side. There is plenty of overhang at the base but it doesn't touch the floor.

This quilt is beautiful! I was going for the really lofty, high, fluffy look for my bed and it did not disappoint. I bought it as a winter quilt and is extremely warm, no waking up cold. I was tossing up between this and the 800GSM, so glad I opted for the 700GSM as this is weighty enough. Highly recommend, great value for money.

So warm and fluffy. I was looking for a high-loft type quilt to achieve that oversize, puffy look and was looking at paying $1,000+. When I came across this and read the reviews I thought for the price it’s worth a try. Absolutely does not disappoint. I’m amazed at how great the quality is for the price. The warmth is perfect for Melbourne winter. So happy!!

Effing awesome!!! So glad I bought this! I bought a queen size for $60-ish with free delivery…..Once it arrived we used it the very first night and then I jumped back onto MyDeal the next morning and bought another two!!!! One for the spare room and another for the in-laws. First queen sized quilt we have EVER owned that actually fits our expensive quilt covers properly! The queen size is proper 210cm x 210cm unlike some other so-called “queen sized” quilts which are closer to the size of a double. These quilts are so warm and cosy and not overly heavy. So happy we found these.

This product exceeded my expectations. It is the cheapest, best quality down quilt I've ever owned. I never thought the words "cheap" and "best quality" would refer to the same product, but the Giselle quilt has disproved my theory. Delivery was also very quick and the shipping cost was included. Not only that, but the non-live plucked guarantee helps me to sleep even better at night. My husband battles to sleep but since getting the super king quilt, he managed to sleep in to 9am on Saturday. I've recommended this product to colleagues who've bought it and have thanked me for the recommendation. Cannot continue to tell you how pleased I am with this purchase. Do yourselves a favour.....

A Welcome Addition

It took a bit of shaking out to get it looking as fluffy as in the picture but once we did it was a very light but supremely warm for the coldest nights, Down Doona. The best thing about it is the fact that the self-contained pockets sewn into the cover, mean that the down doesn't travel to the edges and so keeps the feathers over you where you need the warmth. I would recommend it. Also, as it seems to me that, unlike with polyester doonas, you don't overheat easily under it.

Looks amazing, not for hot sleepers

This quilt DEFINITELY keeps you warm. Almost too warm even in the middle of winter. It is very heavy which I like, almost working as a weighted blanket too but I find it hard to pull back onto the bed if it ever hangs. It does have a bit of a plastic crinkly noise to it but not bad enough for me to notice and it be a problem, only when I’m listening for it. It looks absolutely amazing on the bed and makes the doona cover look 10x better. It has a very high loft and looks full and fluffy, which was perfect for what I was after. Not for hot sleepers, perfect for cold ones!

is it the product i expected

I purchased two Duck feather and "Down" quilts so that I could use one on the spare bed for guests. postage was certainly fast and the quilts came in their original boxes from the factory that had made them so all is as it should be. the quilts certainly do have a quality feel and I would hope that the claimed five year warranty proves to be good if it is ever needed, I don't see that I will be making any claims but I should still expect their word to be good. the quilts cover feels very robust and feather proof even though initially feeling starchy to the touch, I would expect with use for this to change and become more supple. I didn't expect a fifty fifty split but that the quilts were said to be valued at over two hundred dollars reduced by around %70 I thought the split in content would have been closer. all up I am happy with the purchase and cannot validate the warmth of the quilt as it is to hot to get under it and in summer this would give a false sense of its warming ability, all up it looks, feels and seems a good product for the current price any more and I would look to a different filling type or expect to pay more and get more Down in the content.
